IIRC a single unit of a fustion reaction takes two hydrogen atoms, and creates a helium with one less electron than started with, thus it is a single electron per pair of hydrogens that is converted to energy, an electron has 1/2000 the mass of a neutron or proton.
neutron bombs are also (theoretically) good against well defended bases, especially those containing sensitive information which would be destroyed before being allowed to fall into enemy hands.
the most common format of music on my Windows XP box is MP3/192kbps, the nature of most of that is in fact stolen, i have never heard of the "stolen" codec, is it any good? what is the compression ratio like?
do we really want people too fucking stupid to understand an arrow to be voting in the first place? if there were a way to design an intelligence test that would be unbiased along social and racial lines i would support requiring a test to register to vote, now i wouldn't expect a particularly high intelligence, but at the very least some glimmer of cognitive activity.
how about messing with the AI image recognition, i am sure there is a way to use a white background (side of a house?) and a few black objects to make what looks to a computer like a speed limit sign saying 25 mph, then everyones cars would bitch at them untill they passed another speed sign, which could well be a rather long time.
nintendo's special screws were for warrantee purposes, if someone opens up their machine and attemts to change/repair/hack it Nintendo doesn't want to be stuck with warantee service on it after it breaks.
that's the whole reason why they don't outsource, while they are a Giant Evil Corp. (TM) they are also in things for the long haul, saving a few bucks by chopping out IT doesn't help when your outsourced IT comany in india or china suddenly folds and leaves you one morning with no IT, putting such a centralized system outside the iron fist control of the company would be dangerous, if a distributor folds, so what, no pickels for a day while the issue is dicovered and fixed (fixed = new pickels distributor) while IT going poof one saturday morning stops your entire operation untill you find and contract a new IT company.
what is this clicking you are talking about? i have a script running that automatically detects "i agree" buttons and clicks them, that way the contract is only binding to that script and not to me.
I agree that Openoffice should implement a component to compete with MS publisher, as for fonts i am pretty sure linux can use true type fonts, not really sure on that though. and it's digital camera support, in my experience (Fedora Core 1) was better than windows.
just set up your server to mutate any outwar links into a link to a page containing hundreds of frames, each containing an outwar-server hosted image in order to suck up their bandwidth. salt on a leach.
KoC has a fairly strong anti-spammin system in place, whoever goes to the page must voluntaraly select the link matching an image in order to count for anything, while outwar is built around ads and spamming, KoC may still suck hard but at least it's not a parasitic kind of sucking.
Television: Noun,1) the optimal device for displaying the video portion of the output from a gaming console system, DVD player, Video Camera, or Closed Circuit video monitoring system. 2) an inferior system of information delivery known to be heavily censored and biased politically. 3) An inferior predecessor to CRT monitors with a fixed display rate and resolution.

no it wouldn't, it can be assumed that a dynamic indicator (light) takes precidence over a static indicator (sign)

the demand is this, you tell the PHB's that it will completely prevent data theft and unauthorized access.
what if one supplier attemted to poison the data of another supplier, or a disgruntled customer or prankster messes with the tags.

and FreeBSD is still running a lot of servers around the world
Fool, everyone knows BSD is dying.

but if you modify the stored hash as well as the stored EULA you are not circumventing anything.
stick a couple of lines in the EULA saying that if a minor installs it the software cannot be used, period. Or something like that. But that's okay
and this condition is enforced through what contract? the same one that is voidable at any time at no consequence by the minor.

ok fine if you insist i will add a backdoor control to the client app listening on 6667.

then you need a bigger pipe, it takes me less than 5 seconds to bring up hotmail on my DUAL OC3
you've got spam.
beyond that with more and more messages the total entropy decreases and you can compress messages better and better.
wow my penis did get bigger for getting a First Post, now i see why people go for it.
