    Composite materials have been used for a long time in airplanes. Isn't there data on how the material degrades? In fact wasn't there some concern that AA587 crashed because of a failure of composite materials? I hope everything is sorted out.

    Since there are way more orders for the A380 than there are for the 747-8, building the biggest plane seems to be more than just about ego.

    Nope. The nook simple touch was released almost a year before microsoft invested in nook. Very plausible that he like me bought it before the deal had been announced.

    And as far as we know, the developer of this app hasn't stolen anything or broken any laws. He simply encouraged piracy which violates the TOS.

    Bands where a single person creates most of the music. Listening to Bathory right now. Quorthon is credited as doing vocals, guitar, and bass. Later albums also have him doing drums. I don't believe that he has ever performed live.

    They tried that method of fire suppression. Then some idiots mislabeled canisters containing an oxygen generator and then they found their way into the cargo area of a passenger airplane. When the oxygen generators activates mid flight they provided both the ignition source and oxygen defeating the type of fire suppression system that you are suggesting. And thus it is no longer allowed.

    Isn't that a failure of our lawmakers to set reasonable prison terms for crimes? The prosecutor doesn't set the maximum sentence for any crime, they just charge people with the laws written by the legislative body for their jurisdiction.

    And how will you force patients to adhere to a diet after surgery? At least past methods where the stomach was restricted forced a person to eat less and slower.

    There was a documentary called "Thin" about eating disorders. Basically one of the subjects would take a syringe and draw food our of her stomach through a feeding tube.

    Drugging a person is a serious violation of their body. The fact that the drug wasn't lethal makes it a less serious crime, but it's still a serious crime.
