    The facts are out about the "billions in funding".

    Its actually a little over 900 million.

    1. No where near the "BILLIONS"
    2. That amount was the total for ALL investments against AGW (not just Koch Bros)
    3. THAT WAS OVER A 10 year period. 10 FRAKKING YEARS.
    4. In comparison the USA alone spent approx. 22 Billion on Global Warming in 2013

    Now, tell me that the big bad oil industry is the problem. Go ahead.

    Factories.
    Older buildings.
    Business that are not big enough to have green mandates like Pepsi, but not small enough to be green by changing 3 lightbulbs.
    Any business thats been around since at least the 80's.
    Auto repair shops
    Any "shop"

    You are assuming they have been trying to convince him for 8 years.

    The truth (seems to be, as I am not associated and do not have first knowledge) seems to be that he has been operating for 8 years, under the radar as you said, and out of the blue, they sent him a C&D letter.

    Not for lazy people there isnt.
    But there could be for those motivated to work.

    It obviously wouldnt fit all jobs, but it could fit quite a few.
    Quota's, targets, objectives, can be used to determine the workers merit for a given time period.

    40C and 40F is the meeting point of both measurements and on a mercury thermometer it goes much lower than that point.

    You should check your facts before spouting statements with such assurance.

    How about you go to google, do a search for "yellow multimeter" or "yellow and grey multimeter" and then browse through the images.

    Then come back and tell us that FLUKE is the only brand with that colour scheme.

    Its the most popular colour scheme for multimeters and flukes patent DOES NOT include the colour. LOOK it UP!

    Do a search for "Yellow Multimeter" on Google, then go to Google images and scroll down.

    There is probable a dozen different brands of multimeters with a yellow contour and grey main face plate. Its probably the most popular color scheme for multimeters.

    IMO, that patent should be quashed.

    All data is stored seperatly on each drive, and 1 separate parity drive can protect up to 21 drives (as long as its as big or bigger than any 1 of those 21 drives).

    Its still nothing compared to US Federal spending on climate change for that same period (over 106 billion dollars).
