Its cute when you say nonsense like that. Doesn't make it true, but cute nonetheless.

The only places that renewable are making up a "large" percentage of energy needs, are places that do not use much energy to begin with, due to poverty or climate.

You need to be a dreamer with delusions of reality to believe those conditions can translate to industrialized countries.

I wish solar and wind was cheap and competitive, but alas, it is not. It is failing spectacularly, except in places where people are considered "rich" and the government gets to raise the cost of energy twofold or even more (i.e. Ontario, Germany, most of Europe or Minnesota which went from cheapest electricity on average in the USA to above the average in a few years).

The reason to pull out, was to send a message to the world, that the accord is bullshit, non binding, based on lies and a redistribution scheme so the world bank could skim money off of hundreds of billions of dollars of green projects.

You are delusional if you think anyone will "sidestep" the USA, the single biggest consumer market on the planet. I have a unicorn to sell you.

China has always been on track to have green energy. NUCLEAR, lots and lots and lots of NUCLEAR. They signed the agreement, because they want to sell chinese solar panels and they agreed to do NOTHING for 30 years, until their nuclear power plants come online.
