If you are willing to pay for exchange integration there is Touchdown from Nitrodesk that works really well. It's rather expensive compared to your normal phone app (I think I paid $25) but it works pretty seamlessly and provided good contact/google contact integration, mail, and calendaring features. Now if I could just open my power point slides on my G1. Ah well I'll keep looking.
I got mine at Costco about 2 Months ago for $110. Glad I did. I love the phone. The only issue I have with the hardware is that every connection goes through the USB Port. Power, Audio, ummmm......you get the point. What makes that less than desirable is when in my car I can't charge and listen to at the same time.
Truly isn't everything just a gamble. I gambled that I would get hit by a car and die on my way to work. The payoff is that I have a job and income.
If you want to look that way, gambling is at the heart of every decision you make. You are gambling that the outcome will be better for making that decision (and acting on it) than for sitting still and not doing anything (which is still a decision and act).
Basically everyone gambles every day of their lives. I guess I should hit the next GA meeting.
You do realize that NASA outsources most of it's space programs. Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc. all do most of the heavy lifting for NASA. It's called specialization and most economies/markets move this way eventually.
I don't exactly understand how this is a communism over capitalism issue. It's simply the current laws of the environment that you are trying to operate in. It's similar to eBay's struggle in France over Nazi memorabilia. Now one could argue that France is definitely sliding toward socialism/communism, but regardless eBay cannot display Nazi memorabilia auctions to French based IP addresses. See the attached link for more information. http://news.zdnet.com/2100-9595_22-525752.html
This is simply a similar issue. Yahoo, Google, et al must comply with local jurisdiction to stay in business.
Another example is Gambling sites being illegal in the US. The only issue here is that the US hasn't taken the effort to block access to those sites from the US, yet.
If their (P2P comapnies) entire business model is to profit off of known/suspected illegal activities it could very well be important in the ruling. After all P2P must show substantial legal uses to gain a favorable ruling. If the justices don't see that based on the business models it could bode ill for P2P. Just my 2 cents.
This is just another marketing method to try to kill a pro-level type football game. Not being able to put NFL on your game hurts, but playing ESPN Football could have been seen as a valid alternative. With that out of the way you have one less well-known organization to peddle your game with. I guess you could always use Fox Sports Footbal Sunday or something similar but it doesn't hold the same aura as ESPN and NFL.
With the regards to the NFL EA aggreement, can another company make an agreement with the NFLPA to use the names of the players? They might not be able to use stadiums names/settings but if the NFLPA is a seperate entity could you make this agreement?

There's a beach at Dewey? I only thought there were bars there. Who knew.
