    The Ones marked for Death are those looking for a certain key phrase.

    The phrase, of course, turns to be "Tianemen massacre"

    To upload a movie to a munch of other people.

    Especially when I can just rent the thing and rip it myself, or BUY it (and break the law by ripping a backupm uncase the disc ever got lost or stolen).

    I don't even USE my CDs anymore. They are in cases stored at work. Everything is ripped to mp3 (yeah I know, lossy format, blah blah blag). One day there will be a relatively inexpensive device that will hold ALL my music and be completely portable. Right now I just use collected MP3 CDs with about 10 hours of music per disc.

    there are less people interested in hearing her music. I don't know ANYYONE who would even bother downloading her latst music from P2P.

    That's ok, she'll be a headlining Vegas act soon enough.

    She's not less popular, her appeal is becoming more selective.

    Most Windows pirate are people who don't want to give M$ monet, but are too slackey to get into Linux. One reason Windoze and Office became so dominant is the complete lack of copy protection on M$ products for years and years. Maybe this will help wean people away from M$ and help to further erode their market share.
