In my dorm here in Italy it's illegal (as for in Dorm rules) just to put a chair from the kitchen in your room. And anything like that would not have passed the montlhy control check.
Land of the free, and all that...
I'm going to start with the assumption that you already noticed he said Italy and just say... I don't get it. Can anyone enlighten me as to the funny?
FWIW, my complaint is towards "somewhat strange". NJ has the highest population density of any state in the US. That's pretty much exactly the kind of state I'd expect to dominate this kind of list.
Why don't they just funnel the emitted light back to the solar panels and thus make them independent of an external light source?
This would be great for space colonies and sea-floor dwellings.
Thermodynamics and all that. But you could probably sit a couple of these facing each other and recapture some of that light. Also, I'd expect space colonies to have relatively easy access to an external light source.
The first thing I can think of to do with this is figure out how to trigger it and then proceed to get the problem correct, just to screw with everyone.
From my end that was either superbly done, or it hasn't occurred to you that you can bleed out even when your blood has to go against gravity to exit your body.
Either an idea is obvious, or it isn't, it doesn't change in hindsight vs foresight.
You said a lot that made sense until you got here.
The most brilliant and elegant solutions to problems out there are often painfully obvious once they've been pointed out, but it still took that one creative thinker to realize it.
I thought it might have been something like that, so I typed 5 1/2 into google, and looked no further when 5 1/2 floppy was one of the suggestions. My fault for not being thorough.
he number of albums produced in French is declining precipitously from 718 releases in 2003, to 158 in 2011.
I honestly find this absolutely fascinating. I mean, I get it, according to your link singing in English provides for a much broader market, and that completely makes sense, but that just seems so surreal. French musicians aren't singing in French...
And we needed scientists to figure this out... why?
Well sure, they said any alcohol would do. But why does red wine work best?
Clearly red wines are superior to white wines. But if we're talking about lowering resistance, you'd expect beer or wine coolers to be far more effective. Or jello shots. Did they even try jello shots?
Actually no. I simply agree that Card would certainly qualify as a social conservative.
Objections to his works can still certainly come from a conservative quarter. It's not like there's a monolithic one true conservative way of thinking, not to mention that there's room for misunderstanding.
It's not perfect, but I felt the point would be clearer if I phrased as closely as possible to your words.
Still, this is one district. I'll concede that it's very likely not the only district where this could happen, but there are plenty of others where complaints like this one are given the treatment they deserve. To me, the one encouraging facet to this story is that it's unusual enough to be newsworthy.
The south might rise up a second time if we told them no more high school football.
If we're lucky. This time around we might be able to let them go.

You're already at 5, so instead of modding you up I'll have to settle for sitting here and clapping.
That is a seriously long wait.

...we need to move away from volcano-generated electricity, and decommission all volcanos near population centers immediately.
No no no. The problem is that we're using antiquated volcano design with inferior failsafes.
The first thing I can think of to do with this is figure out how to trigger it and then proceed to get the problem correct, just to screw with everyone.
Can't let the wrong lizard in.
Points, condenser, coil. That's it. Also my radio is a tube radio so likely somewhat resistant to EMP. I only drive vehicles '60s or older.
Who would have guessed that the survivors of the apocalypse would be .... grandpa?
Nah, that's just whose car you'll need to steal.

I honestly can't tell.

You have the right to not be offended. Right?
Absolutely. It's one of our inalienable rights. You are free to not be offended by whatever you choose to not be offended by.
Curse you google suggestions.

Please hand in your geek cred at the front desk. ;)
...
why exactly should he?
He's not the only one who remembers the 5 1/2 floppies, which actually deserved the name "floppy".

With a loud beeping noise.
I'm not a Homosexual Muslim from Norway, but I play one on TV.
Garrett officials say it came from a school-owned laptop because the tweets came from an IP address on the school’s network, the Journal Gazette says.

Gosh, I wonder if the school has a VPN.

Yeah but the French do everything backwards. Their word for "states" is "etats".
Butt sex.
Sadly for you, he did not say fans need to be chill.
