Actually, in the early days of WoW, there was a system quite like this. If you're familiar with the rest system and gaining double experience while in cities and inns, similarly after playing for a while you would become exhausted and gain half experience. Because of the complaining from hardcore gamers, however, they eliminated the exhausted state.
I missed that myself at first, but I then bound the scroll wheel button to Expose's all windows. I now find myself clicking it frantically on Windows computers when i need to find something.
Copying from the iPod is a different story. You'll have to download a freeware (sometimes GPL) app to do that, beacause Apple couldn't make it that easy to steal music and still pull off the iTunes Music Store.
If you're running OS X, there's a script that will import tracks from an iPod to your iTunes library. Seemed easy enough to me.
I believe that if an adult supervises, or clicks the I accept button for the minor in question, that is legally binding to the child's guardian, or something like that. Like I ever got my mom to click a stupid button for me.
well, since I am too cheap, my friend brought his dvd to my house and we watched it on my laptop. I wouldn't call it a total rip-off because he owns both of the previously released versions and this one is by far the prettiest.
Also on this dvd is what i think is an awesome documentary on all three of the movies, "Empire of Dreams." I think I might even buy this box set, which is saying a lot considering the last dvd i got was the two towers.

I dunno, my IP changes all the time. Oh wait, we're talking about intellectual property? Never mind... (****ing abbreviations)
