Before the mysterious evildoer can collapse the rock formation, thus triggering the tsunami that will wipe out life as we know it, a slightly whiny hero and his band of friends will come to our rescue.
I only hope they're at a high enough level by the time they reach the overlord.:(

In a country where groups got together to burn Harry Potter books because they "taught kids to be witches and wizards," can you *blame* game creators for trying to tiptoe around religion?
Actually, both the U2 and the F-117 were developed by Lockheed's Skunkworks in BURBANK, California. Granted, the Skunkworks is presently located in Palmdale, but it was originally in Burbank. The Palmdale site was used for the production of L-1011 commercial jets, originally.
Area 51 is not a development center. It is a testing center. The U2 and F-117 were both tested there - that much is public knowledge now-a-days - which would seem to account for all those UFO stories (or most of them, anyway).
I, for one, think it's wonderful that Microsoft takes such an active interest in fixing the few security holes found in their products. And with such speed! Kudos to you, Microsoft!
Politicians, no matter which country they come from, are only concerned with their adgendas. Why would they want actual technical advice on this sort of topic? Look at it this way: if they come up with good ideas now, how are they supposed to claim success later on when they come up with better ones? But if they screw things up right off the bat, they can all point fingers and blame one another, then propose ways to "fix" things.
...I wrote to my Senators and my Representative, describing why I'm so disappointed in what they've done. I'm willing to bet that most Senators and Reps were first introduced to computers when they got elected, and someone showed them the magical wonder of "electronical mail."
I think we need to educate them, folks. Write them and explain why this issue is so frustrating.
Just because they say, "You can get a 40 to 50 percent increase in clock speed with no further improvements," doesn't mean they aren't going to implement further improvements anyway.
Does it say in that article that the new processor will be 32 bit x-86? No. It doesn't give any specifics at all, as a matter of fact.
Intel has a very talented marketing department. Whether or not you like them as a company, you at LEAST have to admit that. This is exactly as someone else has mentioned - it is a slap in the face to AMD who, try though they might, are still drowning in red ink.
Don't berate this new manufacturing process until you have a little more info on what they're going to make with it, hm?
Epitaph from the grave of William Shakespeare:

...you might want to check Amazon or Barnes & Noble. This ISBN checks out. The books is real. NOW who is the fool? :)
