The CIA hijacked the goodwill effort (doctors without borders I believe) for use in spying. The agent got caught (or at least discovered), and it got into the media. This sparked A) Distrust of the vaccinations so people didn't show up, and B) Bombings to kill the doctors (who might be CIA), also manage to kill people trying to get vaccinations, will also keep people away. All of these things hinder the distribution of the vaccine.
However: 1) It was just normal helpful vaccine, not nano spy bots or whatever. 2) It was, apart from the one jerk CIA agent, a bunch of innocent doctors trying to help.

I have a friend who I would consider otherwise intelligent, however I could not believe his political leanings. Basically voting against his best interests. Political parties also seem to tend to create these fictional realities that people buy into. Ideologies that they proport, but never really live up to. I think the big problem is, anyone that closely follows politics would easily see through the lies, however most are so disinterested in politics, so apathetic about their vote being more less meaningless, that most don't vote, and those that do don't really pay enough attention to even make an informed decision. Also there are social status that comes into play, voting for Conservatives/Republicans means you must be part of the wealthy elite (even though your really not).
Anyway I mean the guy in question is in a Union, and when I said that voting for Conservatives in Canada was counter to his best interests because they are anti-union he didn't believe me. His impression was that the Conservatives loved Unions and they had never ever done anything to Unions in the past. Some of the first things they did once elected were to break several Unions and force settlements, all under the guise of "for the sake of the economy" etc...
Anyway I know a few that are informed, and swing Conservative because they believe in certain factual things, which I can respect, however most seem to just spit ideology and rhetoric, most of which is meaningless as fed to them, and seem more than happy to vomit it up over anyone else close enough to listen.
Also not to generalize, but Old People. They tend to pay about as much attention (which is none), however are much more dangerous because most of them do vote. Most of them vote very consistently, and will proudly say that they have been Conservative for 30 years. Never mind that the Conservative party they are used to voting for has little resemblance to the one that exists today. They are not voting for someone, or something, but an idea of what they think a party is. Which is why in a rather cynical move the Conservatives apparently amended a bill recently to attempt to reduce the number of younger voters (as they more often than not do not vote Conservative). Anyway haven't really looked up the details for that one yet, but I wouldn't doubt it given their past machinations.

For better coordination of attacks, you could network them all together. However for it to be effective, you will probably need some kind of neural net processor, a learning computer if you will.

When you do it pops up a message that basically says "By doing this if you totally screw up your device you know it is totally your fault right, and don't come to us all whiny about it. You sure you want to proceed?"

That said, it isn't something that I would get into a habit of doing. I will stick with Play. Hell there are applications in Play that can't barely not be called Malware, but at least they tell you about it first, even if you might ignore all the permissions the application is asking for.

They didn't want to design something that might be production limited. The PS4 on the other hand went with DDR5 and there seems to be enough, however if BOTH systems tried to use it in their production, there is a good chance that one or both systems would not be able to acquire enough DDR5 to meet production demands.
Microsoft offset this by making modifications to the AMD chip adding a small amount of really fast on chip memory to swap with, So while the over all bandwidth might not be the same, the difference is not solely connected to that one value. By all accounts I have seen there is very little real world difference, and likely in most cases there may be some games that are better or worse depending on which system configuration you use it in.
So no, it wasn't about RAM costs, but about RAM production availability, and in the end it doesn't really matter much either way. Perhaps down the road it might make some difference, but then again some speculate that later versions of the XBOX ONE may use DDR5 anyway once supply is established further making it a moot point.

There is also a messenger app and a bit of tech to enhance the already existing Facebook messenger a bit.
Part of me thinks the price was so high with stock simply to create a big buzz and get even more suckers to sign up, allowing them to reap more consumer information, etc...

Built a new computer last September. Wanted to get back into PC gaming a bit. Specifically wanted to try my hand at Eve Online. Video card came with vouchers for games (AMD: Dues Ex, and Thief pre-order). Loaded some of my pre-existing games, like WOW, and Starcraft 2 (which never really played well on my old computer) to see what they looked like. Decided to try some free games on PC first, you know just to try out the video card. Tried the whole World of Tanks thing and variants as well as Star Wars and Marvel online games. I had always heard of DOTA on my old computer, but have never tried it. Heard about DOTA2, decided to give it a try.

So I have literally not played anything else since and cannot stop playing. My mouse is pretty much intravenous at this point. It might be most accurately described as multiplayer arena combat. I've played 300+ matches at this point.
#1 Its Free, as in Beer! (There are transactions, but it is only cosmetic) #2 It is multiplayer and competitive #3 It is great looking #4 It is balanced, has depth, and a host of options
About the only thing that I would call a con, is the fact that a match is about an hour. This isn't really a bad thing, it is just you do not want to quit in the middle and disadvantage you team or be a jerk. It just means that unless you know you have at least an hour to kill, you may not want to play it (but you want to play it!). I find myself asking myself, "Hmm do I have an hour for one more game of DOTA2?"...
I still plan on looking at Eve Online and some other games, but I just find it very hard to tear myself away for even a second of DOTA2.
Hire a man named Guildo to sit with passengers for "security". Post camera policy prominently. Tell Guildo to enforce policy, *strongy*. Have a bevy of lawyers on retainer for the lawsuits.
I am a bit conflicted, I don't like the idea, but then again I also don't want to play against cheaters. At least I can respect that he laid it out on the table and was honest about it rather than the usual BS PR response that usually comes out for these sorts of things.
