    You can buy it now for $30, it's like an old school side scroller on steroids. It's quite a lot of fun, and there's a rumor of a sequal. It's pretty damn hard too.

    In reference to Animal Crossing, I too feel the sting of leaving behind my animal crossing friends, Chief and Bob. If only they didn't say the same damn things everyday.

    Along with a lot of questionable choices (maybe just narrow-minded) Nintendo does take some chances to create some truly fantastic games.

    I have fired a gun once. From a long ways away I was able to hit a can on a fence post shooting downhill. My friend who hunts a lot missed. I never let him forget it. I remain 100% in the accuracy department. Now only if I could save a princess.

    In Oregon the unemployment rate is 7.5%(driven up by the tech sector). So depending on where you live maybe the outlook is rosy, but not around here. People like me right out of college don't count in the unemployment rate. There's also less people looking, a decent number have just given up.

    Think about it along those lines. What if they found pirated software (or god forbid the MS Source Code) or kiddie porn on an account that they weren't interested in and didn't have a warrant for? Can they then charge that guy or open an investigation?

    They can't collect evidence relating to anything but the warrant, but that doesn't stop them from getting a another warrant. "Fishing Expeditions" are illegal meaning, they can't just seize things and search randomly. Warrants are usually pretty specific as to what you can look for.
