An alternate scenario where the two bombers are not total retards and actually manage to blow some shit up seems pretty plausible. On the other hand, there's absolutely no way that an Air Force plane would be attempting a landing with an armed nuke on board. So no, not quite the same thing.

I thought it had to do with tracking-down and killing dictators like Nero, Napoleon, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Mussolini, Pol Pot, Saddam, and so on - in order to restore liberty.

So of the dictators you listed, how many were tracked down and killed by their own armed populace?

Mussolini was killed by an armed Italian militia, so I guess he'd qualify. Of course, the militia would have never gotten their hands on him if he wasn't fleeing from the US Army.

When officials asked for the Welsh translation of a road sign, they thought the reply was what they needed.

Unfortunately, the e-mail response to Swansea council said in Welsh: "I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated".

So that was what went up under the English version which barred lorries from a road near a supermarket.

This is a problem with all journalism. Most reporters simply can't be bothered to check if someone is telling the truth or not, so they try to give the appearance of objectivity by digging up some opposing viewpoint. It gets particularly bad when they're writing on subjects that they have no clue about (i.e. most science-related articles).

Adobe doesn't make money from people running Flash applets. They make money from selling content-creation software. They'll adapt just fine.

    What will happen to Flash?

Good question. My guess is that it'll lose market share, but won't disappear completely. There's a lot of inertia behind it, and it can do things that can't be done with HTML/JS (yet).
