They should apply a common sense standard - can you look up the word in the printed version of the dictionary?
Then let it in.
When I was a kid I looked dirty words in the dictionary. So what?
Why do we continue to underestimate kids?
In grade school we were using 4 letter words all the time and tried to come up with different combinations.
lol - we never got the words from the dictionary, but from others using the words.
The problem is trying to buy a new computer without getting Vista.
My dad needs a new computer and plays strategy/role playing games and how do I explain to him that his high-end Dell computer with Vista is going to crash playing some games.
Talk about bleeding edge.
On the PC you can't forget Masters of Orion. Versions One and Two were great, and then they waited several years before coming up with a crappy version 3.
I agree.
Do not be naive - grievance committee's and HR only protect the company leaders and when abuse does occur they will often turn on the abused.
I have seen V.P.'s terrorize director's, manager's, and associates - going to point of making people emotionally break down. Then when some naive associates and managers bring up the problem to the V.P. or HR they get fired.
Best advice when confronted with this bullshit is to start looking immediately.

Wow - that video of a battery blowing up is good.
I don't see this as safer...
