    Yet a warrant is still needed to monitor them because of privacy.

    Sorry, it looks like they had one set of successful tests, in 2009, of any missile/rocket launches in the last 20 years.

    The rest ended in failure, most less than 60 seconds into flight.

    How many of these 'definite' working missiles have they launched in the last 20 years?

    In any capacity - proof of concept, testing, threat posturing, attack.

    I can't recall anything but words actually being launched from North Korea.

    They didn't own them, but they sure as hell talked to them before Vista was released. If the drivers weren't ready, the OS shouldn't be considered ready either.

    is it Ubunutu's/Red Hat's/Gentoo's/Debian's/etc... fault that nVidia's/AMD's/Creative's/etc... drivers are garbage on Linux?

    If they have the market power & control over vendors like Microsoft did, then yes.
