    Google's market cap is $189B.
    Apple has $120B in the bank. And no debt.

    They could finance the rest and be debt free in a year.

    You're wrong. I had one too. That was the big deal about the WWDC after the first iPhone. Jobs was still trying to sell web apps as the only model.
