GPS tends to not track vertical changes easily with standard deviation as much as +/- 1000 ft. That's probably why the routes on my garmin V GPS doesnt show vertical changes. It's too inaccurate for normal use. A calibrated altimeter will probably do a better job. I think they now have recent GPS combined with altimeter.

I dont play any more console games cause they just plain suck. I dont care much for the improved graphics if the gameplay is horrible and rehashing another horrible game yet again. I would rather play a text game on my palm that's fun than play some impressive looking game that sucks.
You can certainly plead 5th amendment in a civil court. Especially if when you do not you'll be subject to criminal prosecution. However, since in civil court you dont need "beyond reasonable doubt" to lose but rather "preponderance of the evidence" your chances tends to be worse. Also when you invoke the 5th you can be barred from presenting your defense, and the jury will be told that they may infer you did anything for which you invoked the privilege. In summary, you better have a very sympathetic jury when you plead 5th in civil court.

Well.. in this case.. it's not the lens that make the most difference.. it's the size of the photosite.. simply stated.. the current 6mp - 14mp DSLR on the market has a larger photosite.. giving the current DSLR higher signal to noise ratio compared to the 8mp consumer digicams.

That's why I use professional earphones that are isolated. Some rate at -20 to -30db. http://www.shure.com. I can hear my own heartbeat when i put these on and I cant hear anything else. Instead of turning the music up and damaging my ear I can block everyone out and enjoy music at lower decibels.

all the touchscreens i've seen in sportsbars and etc use stuff made by Merit Industries and AFAIK they all pretty much use linux.

Man .. There has been many generations of video cards now .. but the prices doesnt seem to come down that much ..
I've tried both simple and complicated. It's in the design. You can easily write incomprehensible code that's not easy to maintain in any language.
