    Not sure if it's the HFS+ filesystem, I let my battery run out a lot while working on my ubuntu laptop (ext4 fs), never have a prob.

    His point is that the hardware on which a game came was a considerable percentage of the price to the manufacturer. Even the NV storage was costly, I remember nintendo raising the price on some snes games blaming the cost of flashmem. Now that cost is simply the cost of pressing a disc.

    You have to make an effort to not have one. Even my xperia mini has one and that's only a 200€ machine

    How is this restrictions on information? Cybits wants to distribute altered parts of the dsl software and AVM wants to restrict this and is named as a gpl violater here so that is the party that wants to restrict.

    One thing that needs to be handled though is the cybersquatters at the top of many searches, It can't be impossible to filter if they compare searches worldwide.

    I play loads of (very recent) games on linux and the few that don't work I can live without. Epic and ID have some very capable native releases while Cedega is making big leaps in usability and compatibility.

    This is not a stunt just for the attention if you mean that. The article is several months old and the only reason it's still in the current news is because HardOCP has been repeatedly contacted by these laywers who demand the removal of the article.If they didn't keep banging on the subject no action would have been needed by HardOCP and the article would not even be remembered.
