And the courts would counter your three questions with "Is it resonable to expect that users should lock down their network to prevent access".
Whenever their is no definite answer, that's the question they will ask, and it in fact is very reasonable to expect users to lock down their wireless networks. All the information on how to do so is provded.
That said, the network owner isn't the copyright infringer, they are simply a conduit for copyright infringement, and should probably not be held liable. To make a network owner responsible for the behaviour of the users of their network even if it's a buplic network would have serious ramifications to other ISP's.
IANAL, but I've taken the odd law class.

Bingo! Someone with more sense than many IT people.
Usually, business needs change on a regular basis, and systems need to evolve rapidly to meet those needs.
Sometimes a formal development cycle can take a menial process and make a spectacle out of it. A 5 minute fix can take days if it's too formalized.
While in sensitive, high availability applications there is a need for a formal, slow cycle to ensure nothing breaks, there's something to be said about the extreme programming model too.
Cheers - but I'll argue many orgs don't follow your mentality.
First, Enterprise != tech world. SME accounts for something like 80% of the tech investment, and many SME businesses aren't as shy to acquire new hardware or software.
I know banking works on the "If it ain't broke don't fix it". Once in a while I sneak a peek at my bank to see what they are running. They surf using Nutscrape. Many seem to still use OS/2.
And sometimes, HA means you have to use new technology. The advances in HA hardware today is mind blowing.
Yeah, fcking google cancelled my account recently. They claimed my clicks were false. AFAIK, none were. Ironic, because I've never clicked from my own IP. (I admittedly did click from work though once in a while, but it was bloody well NAT'd)
Truth is, I might write some windows executable or a shell script something that goes and randomly clicks ads without a user knowing. Then again I'm really lazy and will probably find something better to do before I ever finish lol.
So are the Xeons PII or PIII based? Intel chages the Xeon cores all the time. It's not the same processor it was "a few years ago". You're talking out your ass...
Ironic isn't it? How selective the religious right is about which Christian values it respects. Faggots marrying? No Way! God said it's wrong! Mass murder? No problem! God has chosen Bush
Of noteworthy quote "The absence of any explanation for the gap between the statements and reality only increases the sense that the President's misstatements may actually have been intentional lies."
Furthermore: To put it bluntly, if Bush has taken Congress and the nation into war based on bogus information, he is cooked. Manipulation or deliberate misuse of national security intelligence data, if proven, could be "a high crime" under the Constitution's impeachment clause. It would also be a violation of federal criminal law, including the broad federal anti-conspiracy statute, which renders it a felony "to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose."
How many lives were lost because Clinton put a cigar tube into a fat intern?
Precicisely. the OP said that we wait a few years before investing. That's bullshit.
There's a difference between replacing existing systems, and investment in new ones.
First of all, AD vs NDS isn't necessary right now. It's moot. Point is that AD adoption rate was high from the beginning.
In fact, take Intrawest, a rather large company that owns Whistler-Blackcomb. They adopted win2k3 right from the outset. I argue there's many companies that jump on bleeding edge software, and many are indifferent towards hardware in the same manner too.
Yes, but Bush's lies were obvious. That's the sad part, that > 50% of your country didn't care that they were lied to. (don't try to feed me BS about non-voters here)
but Clinton shoving a cigar thing in a chubby intern is horrible and we need to attempt to impeach him.
On behalf of Canada, please, stay away if you're from the middle part of the country that voted for Duya. We have enough Christian Fundamentalists, and need not any more.
Yeah, I find the text reviews pretty erradic, but the numeric review has been bang on.
The public might surprise you. Movies like "station agent", "happiness", "love liza", "swimming pool", and "dogville" score a lot better than I would have expected from the general public. (No particular reason I picked them; they were some of the best of the intelligent movies I've seen)
Don't forget that if you've seen these movies above, you generally understand them and appreciate their worth.

I can believe they modded that down... That was kinda funny...
You proved my theory that Canadians are idiots.
And you proved my theory that Americans are illogical... But then again, the whole electorate proved that.
1 dumass canadian != all canadians.
You only need one, maybe two reasons to hate Canada:
1) Celine Dion
2) Bryan Adams
The fact that we unleashed those cancers on the world is bad enough lol!
(Yes there was a time Bryan Adams didn suck. That was before the Robin Hood Soundtrack.)
I use MSN without AIM. Now you know someone.
In fact, here in Canada, most everyone I know only uses MSN, and a few use YIM. I know a few who still uses ICQ.
I don't know a single AIM user.
Thing with FF is that you can just dump the contents of the program files firefox folder from one machine to the other.
Once run for the first time, it'll add the profile.
Use a batch file and do it through the login script.
Then there's only a few steps - change the icons, which you can copy into the profile. This will get you at least part way...
Yes, it might be miserable, if you're a materialistic scumbag capitalist who needs a million-pound house and twelve cars just to be happy.
;)
a million pound house? That's a mighty heavy home you have there. Must be those UK winds...
(Laugh I'm kidding)
Which came first? The Author or the Keyboard layout?
Okay, number if times I have to reinstall the ndiswrapper kernel module: 4
Number of times I've reinstalled XP in the last two years: 0
I admit though in the last two years I've come accross some pretty bad spyware. I don't get hit often, but when I did it was a bitch to get rid of.
Why not just go to Fibre Channel? It's friggin' fast although probably a bit out of most nerd's budgets...
Cheers - but I'll argue many orgs don't follow your mentality.

I need to change my sig.

A lie would mean deliberate attempt to deceive and well, unless you KNOW for sure as in personally knowing the whole story,
Let's take a Walk down memory lane

a lot of businesses won't trust something that hasn't been around a few years
Hmmm... When I was selling server hardware, it seemed to me that "a few" years was a long time to sacrifice performace.
A few years ago we had the P3. Are you installing P3 or Old Xeon servers from a few years ago on your network?
As well, if that was the case, we'd have been waiting until 2003 for Active Directory implementations.
Get real.
Actually, let's get technical. It's one fox, along with a team of hens guarding the henhouse.

Hello Canada
On behalf of Canada, please, stay away if you're from the middle part of the country that voted for Duya. We have enough Christian Fundamentalists, and need not any more.
And you can keep your lawyers too.

Agreed. Google Movies (TM) seems to be referencing reviews from Commercial sources.
What makes IMDB awesome is that you get real people who aren't paid to write the review.
IIRC that used to exist for the old voodoo cards.
Ram is so cheap now that there's almost no point.
I'd just like to point out that adding elipses doesn't somehow make a phrase become as sentence either. ;)
