Two! No, Six! No, Twelve! Baker's Dozen! I told'ja that I'm crazy for these cupcakes, cousin! Yo, where's the movie playin'? Upper West Side, dude! Let's hit up Yahoo Maps to find the dopest route. I prefer Mapquest! That's a good one too. Google Maps is the best! True that! Double true!
But does it run windows yet?
i dont know what it takes to run XP or Vista on it, maybe a bit more cowbell, but i really feel that running a dual boor imac really ties the room together, like a nice rug..
i'm dissapointed in the geek community that no one has managed to run windows on it yet...come on! (arrested development style)
maybe i should put out a bounty on the wholoe dual boot thing..o wait...
reminds when of the time i keeped asking for a big mac in the burger king, the guy kept telling me they didn't make those and I kept thinking he was yanking my chain..so digg!
The also must be asking what evil people use nuclear power instead of that delicious arab oil! Is the nuclear power plant digitally edited into a oil refinery?
I also thought that recently there has been quite some crap oozing into Wikipedia. Lot's of articles contain inforation that isn't directly related to the topic, or they're just rumors. Sure, Wikipedia is a dynamic living creature, much more than an old fashioned stack of books, It seems that some people that edit the articles just dont "get" what wikipedia is about and sidetrack from the topic. Instead of describing what an apparatus can do and what its used for, some editors insert if runs linux and how you can install it on the apparatus...how nice..
Obviously you haven't taken the time to check Intel's roadmap, it's very promising and very low temp. And the IBM's aren't really optimal lately, Apple doesn't use liquid cooling because they procs run so cool..
If there is a big Lenovo sticker on the lid right in the middle, that looks like it's covering something up, something fruitlike, then don't buy them....they could be a few years old..
Apple doesnt make a lot of money per song, the largest part goes straight tot the record companies..They hardly make a profit right now with iTMS. Yahoo is undercharging to gain marketshare, and is is expected that they can't do that for too long, because they are losing money on it right now probably..
Rumors are that the table is not round, but oval. Is the thinnest table on the market (thin as a pencil) and has a color surface. Some talk of video capabilities in future table models. Apple bought massive amounts of table legs from a undisclosed south korean company at great discounts. Introducing this tabel was a bold move, since it's highly succesful Apple footstool was introduced last year and is now the best selling piece of furniture in the world..
I know this is off topic, But I would like to remind everyone that gossiping about people from LA is still dangerous, because they might actually get their power back...
In late 2006 they will Install Poseidon Vista, which makes the entire pool searchable, have an "aqua" interface and tranparant water. A new filtersing system is also planned, called PoseidonFS, but will probably come with service pack 1.
No doubt that they will eventually get OS X to work on a generic PC clone. It will probably take some serious work around and then you have the driver problem. nobody can get an airport extreme to work on a mac right now with any version of linux, so driver's are goign to be a problem.
But since Apple won't officially allow it to install OS X on any other computer but a mac, nobody will ever be able to sell a computer with OS X pre-installed. So it will enver get mainstream and i'm sure Apple will have few sleepless nights because a few geeks have it running on their generic PC box.
Ebay's policies are also getting ridicilous lately, tried to sell my kidney that looked like it had the face of the messiah in it, but they didn't let me..
Good news for hackers, this is.
They always like a challenge, and they will succeed. Not that it will hurt Apple a lot, because it won't mean it will become normal or very easy to install OSX on any Cheapo(tm) system. Without support from apple it will never really be a smooth instllation and user experience. I don't blame Apple for keeping it exclusive, your labour of love on a cheap whore (=Dell)
well, unlike you, i can spell my login name and password right. or did you go anonynous on purpose, afraid of an assaisination attempt by BadSpellingWebmastersAnonymous, a sisterorganisation of WebMastersThatPostDupesAnonymous...
but thanks for pointing out, but I think the 404 was a dead giveaway
Coldplay's new single "speed of Sound" sold extremely well thru itunes, thats because it was released the day after the first airplay. I run a Coldplay fansite ( http://closingwealls.net/ - blatant plug) and following the news around the band, it seems that the single was one of the most downloaded songs ever on itunes, because of that fact.
This has proven to be a very succesfull formula. Publish the single online the same day as it hits the airwaves, and people dont have to listen to the radio to hear it, for a tiny dollat they can lsiten it legally whenevewr they want. thats a huge incentive.
Of all the legal downloadservices, iTunes gets it the best and is probably right that subscriptions dont work.
yes, it has to be done:

No wireless. Less space than a nomad. Lame.

Mastercard will love this one. Poseidon: 65k. Saving a young life: priceless. For everything else...you get the drill
The specs say it's compatible with windows, linux and OSX, so can you pop this one in your G5?
Are YOU sure it's not "$$$"?
