    I did a similar test in my commute back and forth to work. I have a 2.5 hour commute to and from my office, 3 days a week. Often I'm in stop and go traffic, and have found that the "smooth driving" technique does wonders for my gas mileage. I got 42 MPG "smooth driving" in my Toyota Echo, as opposed to 35 MPG driving... as you say... "in-between".

    You must be using an old version of Firefox. I'm currently running it with 7 tabs opened and its only using ~20MB of memory. And this instance of Firefox has been open for 4 days, 3 hours, and about 26 minutes.

    Depends on which theory you believe. You can't change what happens in one timeline but can cause an alterante timeline to come into existance. Actually, all possible outcomes exist as separate timelines, infinitely splitting off from eachother. Going back in time and "changing" the past, simply changes what timeline "you" experience.

    Thats sad, because my Dish Network DVR a) runs a flashable Linux OS and b) can easily be upgraded to support Mpeg4 or any other audio/video standard due to this. And it can do so by simply downloading an update from the satellite.

    There is a different between hibernation and a coma or deep sleep. In a deep sleep or coma, your metabolism continues at its normal pace. In hibernation, the metabolism slows down drastically, causing lower energy consumption, lower cell death, and ultimately, slower aging.

    A wireless scanner doesnt transmit, it scans. It won't transmit unless it picks up a network to hitch on to. Unless you arent talking about a wireless network scanner, in which case i have no idea what a wireless scanner is.

    This is in no way unconstitutional. They are providing a service, and are obviously allowed to limit said service in any way they please. Also, I'm sure that they make you agree to some sort of EULA/TOS/AUP before getting online. They don't want to be responsible for allowing flow of illegal content. Grow up, people.
