Although it would be nice to have a blackout mode on my switches, Sometime having 1000 LEDs blinking is cool, sometimes I wish i could just turn them off when I'm not monitoring the or changing things. Although for smaller devices with fewer leds electric tape works good, so does a good saudering iron and sauder sucker.
I hope the Democrats realize this is not only blocking President Bush, it will also block future President Hillary or Barack too. But then again they probably won't want to spy on international phone calls, after all Dems don't believe in "A Global War on Terror". Just like most Republicans don't believe in "Man-Made-Global Warming" They can just use the FBI to spy on domestic calls that the RIAA say you might be transferring music over, or may have the capability to tranfers music over.
The atmosphere is primarily composed of Nitrogen (N2, 78%), Oxygen (O2, 21%), and Argon (Ar, 1%). A myriad of other very influential components are also present which include the water (H2O, 0 - 7%), "greenhouse" gases or Ozone (O, 0 - 0.01%), Carbon Dioxide (CO2, 0.01-0.1%),
I find it so cool that a CO2 Percentage of.01%-.1% can have such an effect. It seems H20 or "water"(for the non scientist) is the biggest contributer to Global Warming at a hefty 7% or ~70x that of CO2.
Isn't it the retailers job to ensure that Retail Theft is kept to a minimum? Doesn't the retailer lose money when an item is stolen? It would be in the Retailers best interest to put high theft items behind a lockbox, just like razors, walkmans, Games.. Why do they inist the industry loses money from stolen items. The retailer must pay for them. It's the retailer who stupid if they see flagrant theft and do nothing about it. Maybe since it's just a misdemeaner all thiefs should be given a amnesty.
I have curbed my Mtn Dew intake by 1/2 I'm down to six or 7 a day, in my fight against CO2. I think it's funny people still blame cars for CO2, when we drink it all day long.
I have seen a CD split into 2 halves, but never shatter.and that was once in 15 years. Unless I freeze them with compressed air and throw them against the wall.:)
Oh! Tabs. I was thought I ws going to get into trouble.. I allready removed the tab key from my keyboard. I programm in Visual Studio and have occasionally used the tab control in my programs without notifiying this company. Is all my software in violation?
When we look back at history we see whole civilization who where forgotton, only to be recently re-dicsovered by archeologist finding hard tangible evidense (usually encrusted in earth). We remember the Egyptions whose whole language and writings where forgotton to history only to be rediscovered. Claims like the one in this article only lead me to beleive that no matter how well preserved information is, it will be eventually be forgotton until the distant future. I believe this erosion of history is evident in many cultures and civilizations, too many things are called into question, until the line of whats real and whats suggested seem to blur.
IMHO The point..
If the evidense cannot be dug out of the dirt in 100 or 1000 years, then only whats suggested will survive. If he didn't build it, it didn't happen.
I see by your response that your ashamed of being a mental-midget. Don't feel bad, it's ok, and it's not your fault some people were just born that way. Just try not to dirty up forums with your foul language and militant demeanor.
You are absolutely right. But people won't believe you, most laymen are mental-midgets, and do not have the capacity to think on scales of a global magnitude. The problem doesn't lie in what the people are doing but in what people are able to conceive.
In 50-100 years people will look back and think, "what arrogant fools", what poor uneducated sheeple" to believe that they could affect climate on a global scale. Brings a whole new meaning to terraforming, when people think we are reforming our own terra.
Verizon won't go out of business, between AT&T and Verizon they have received over 200 Billion in subsidies. The Goverment basically keeps bailing phone companies out of bad business decisions, Who cares about the bottom line when the government will keep moving them for you.
I have as much contempt for Verizon as I do the RIAA. There method is not to compete the competition out of business, instead it's to sue them out of business. I will never deal with verizon or any of there subsidiaries. I have packet8 which is aswome, but if I had vonage I would cancel just so verizon, couldn't sue my money away from them.
Now thats an opinion that can be debated, and has been a million times.

Colds and flu are more likely to be transmitted in winter due to the fact that more people are inside, crowded together. http://www.hhmi.org/cgi-bin/askascientist/highligh t.pl?kw=&file=answers%2Fimmunology%2Fans_023.html

I can just use a couple 3 way splitters from Radio Shack!
A drivers license is a privilege, I learned to fill out the app AND take the test.
What is your quote supposed to mean? Are you telling us something we don't already know? Sure they can come to America. Just Legally.
Just combine this with the mind reading technic in a cnn-tech article and we might have a Minority Report.

perhaps you missed the part where I said "to believe that they could affect climate on a global scale"

I had problems with Packet8 , until I used the QOS built into my router.. now I have no Problems at all.

It's amazing how they can produce this dye so cheaply when HP and other still charge me $35 for a 7ml tank.
