    Actually, Sony also gets money from the Blu-Ray sales. Which are moving about as fast as.. something that doesn't move fast at all.

    It's been argued that the Wii is dominating the current generation of gaming consoles simply because Nintendo advertises the Wii as a gaming console while Sony and Microsoft advertise their consoles as media centers.

    I just switched from Verizon when I got my iPhone and I have to say that AT&T is much better. I don't understand all the complaints I hear, I've gotten service in areas where Verizon never even considered working before.

    Provide. Examples.

    In what type of situation might the things you say actually occur?

    I can say the sky's made out of bubble yum because it's blue, but that doesn't make it so. You saying "LOL URRONG" no matter how many $3 words you use doesn't mean they're wrong.

    I want specific examples in which "The actors are not rational" and in which "The actors do not possess complete and accurate information." (that second point is kinda bullshit, but still give me an good example.)

    l2readingz. That's not what he was implying. He was going to walk out with the police and be arrested and booked if they STOPPED ASSAULTING HIM. And right after that, while he was being held down when they could have simply handcuffed him and dragged him out.. because he was being loud because he didn't enjoy his beating that's when they TORTURED him to "ensure compliance."

    If you had watched the video, you'd know that you're tehwrongz. He said "Stop holding me down and I will walk out peacefully." (or something to that nature) right before they tazered him. He wasn't expecting to be let go, but he was willing to be escorted out to a police car and dealt with outside... if the police would only STOP HITTING HIM.

    If you go back and watch the video again with the audio, the asshat asking the question was saying "If you stop holding me down I will walk out of here peacefully."

    As four police were holding him down. He admitted that he lost and was willing to be escorted out to a waiting cruiser to go to the station and be handled. But that's when the cop pulled out his tazer and, after Our question asking buddy said "please don't taser me" they TAZERED HIM AS OTHER POLICE OFFICERS HELD HIM DOWN.

    So you see, he was offering to go peacefully. And they tazered him.

    Except they didn't. Once he was on the ground being held down by 4 cops, they should have handcuffed him and dragged him out. Instead of doing that, once he was held down and saying he would PEACEFULLY WALK OUT if they stopped holding him down they tazered him. At which point many members of the crowd started yelling at the police to stop. At that point the police were torturing him to try to get him to STFU.

    And once they DID tazer him I heard a LOT of people yelling "STOP" at the cops.

    Because he was hired to keep that store making profit, and if the customer is turned away because (s)he is failing, word of that gets around and people stop shopping there. It's pretty simple. If I worked at a store and turned away people who had red hair I might not be turning away many customers, but I am turning away people who came to the store to give us money.

    They have a 0% success rate on the two (three if you count suprnova) biggest torrent sites out there. I'd go so far as to say that 80% or more of the public tracker torrent traffic is from those two (three) sites.

    I downloaded the newest Foo Fighters album when it leaked (and I still have it pre-ordered, so there goes their lost sales claim) and it downloaded in about 20 minutes and is a higher quality than iTMS provides.

    Orbitz didn't point out that it was anything like it ended up being. You see two airports and you assume you're flying between them. Or that there's transportation provided. The simple fact in Mr. Maddox's case is that the company sold him something that was impossible. He didn't make it. They generated it for him.
