So, hold on, because slashdot lets you visit, you're paying them with your time? No, you're wrong and stupid. The ad thing may apply, but only if he's one of the five people who don't have adblocker and a custom hosts file.
Alright, fine. IF you don't like something in your OSS, you can change it yourself. If you don't like something in Slashdot, you can make your own/. if you want something changed in/. and you pay for slashdot, you can complain.
There's a program to get around copy protection for some commercial games. The program allows you to disconnect various drives while the computer is on, so the copy protection can't find your real cd drives and ask for a CD. By accident, I disconnected my hard drives and Windows kept working. Trillian stayed up until I could re-enable the hard drives.
There is a lot they can still do, and not just be recapping the 6 movies for more money. The entire clone wars for one, and the Jedi Hunting that took place between 3 and 4.
" the fact that the federal reserve isnt owned by the usa, and every president that attempted to change that died under odd circumstances or was assassinated"
Being pissed about this movie not being exactly what DNA wrote is like being pissed that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle wasn't anything like the cartoon.
I thought they were silly. The people I work with have to hear me go on and on about them just about every day. They think there's many things wrong with me.
The movie's not the book, the radio play, the live play, the double record, the video game, or even the pamphlet. It's the movie. Read the forward from the Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide and you'll see that DNA was working on a movie adaption since before '86.
I'm not quite sure what you said, it seems to be something along the lines of "The university gave the people a device that lets them record, that means they also gave the students permission to record".. and if that is what you're saying, you're wrong.
If I want to record you, you have to say "You can record me". If the student wants to record someone, the someone speaking has to give permission to be recorded. So does anybody who may speak during the recording session.
We were going to set up a webcam in one of the A+ comp repair classes when I was going to High School (Oh so many years (1) ago) but we ended up being told that we couldn't by one of the teachers, because we couldn't get permission from every single person who will or might enter the room.
You can't record anything people say or video of anything they may do, without their permission.
So you're saying: Treat this as any other article?
Overrated? Come on.. watch ATHF before you moderate.

It's as simple as that.

That kid's dad totally owns a dealership.
Trillian works.

#1 Aerial? You mean Antenna? Nobody uses antennas any more.
#2 Common what?
#3 What the FUCK is a "footie"?
The part that sounds foil-hatty is the whole "odd circumstances" thing.
Sounds fair.
I feel special that I've got my own personal troll. ^_^
" the fact that the federal reserve isnt owned by the usa, and every president that attempted to change that died under odd circumstances or was assassinated"
Someone forgot their foil hat today..
Joe.hacker forwards the email to my real email address.. sexwithanimals@gmail.com
But the program says "We will monitor you" up front. It's not being dishonest about what it does.
It's more like "MonitorWare" if it came bundled with McAfee or Norton, and they didn't tell you it was there, that would be spyware.
Because I would like you to?
TNMT movie, I meant.

Alright.. Thanks for replying.
Back to the topic of my original post..
Why is that guy using my AIM name in his profile?
If you're in public, it's not against the law. Or if you're a public figure.
We're talking private citizens.
Hi, who are you? Why is my AIM name in your profile?

But do they have permission to record the person speaking?
In Massachusetts, where I live, it's against the law to record someone speaking without their permission.
No, you're right. It's just that when I clicked it before the article went live the comic was slow loading.
