    Can you imagine what would happen here if that were true?
    Congressmen refusing to leave in hopes their party can outlast the other's so they can force bills through. Campouts on the senate floor, it would even degrade to sabotage and physical violence to remove opposing party members.

    It will improve approved communications, non-approved communications like P2P, anonymous posting, and exposing the rich and powerful's shortcommings, negative comments about our corporate overlords, ect... will obviously not be allowed. That will free up bandwidth for approved communications, improving their speed and reliability.

    See, question 1 I'll have to answer No. This is the MPAA's half-assed effort towards staving off piracy so they can later trumpet around it's failure as more proof internet users are all criminals and they need more laws to protect their revenue stream.

    Ok, so you only have friends at or above your social class. Explain your friends then, or do that not count as actual people?
    They have friends below their social class, so either their slumming it cause they feel bad about you, or they, like many more americans than you care to admit are different than you, don't see social class as noteworthy.

    I haven't bothered clicking links in a roland submission for awhile, so I don't know if it's changed. But historically roland submits every story under the sun, and every link would send to his own write up on his blog, chock full of copy-paste content and lots of ads.

    Basically he carpetbombed slashdot with stories to generate a lot of ad revenue.
