2.Dont store sensitive/Important Info in harddisk. Rather,Store it in removable media and place it in a safe location. (Iam sure this physical safe location is better than the "safe" ways of saving it on comp anyday)

I had Firefox 0.9 on my win 98 PC.Later I installed ver 1.0 over it and was working fine.
Recently when i ran through the add/remove programs of windows , both firefox 0.9 and Firefox 1.0 showed up.I thought "why have 0.9 still on comp when i have 1.0 on my comp".
Guess what happened?Full firefox was removed!
I was shocked and sad.I think I could have been warned that removing the previos version removes the latest also. or May be both 0.9 and 1.0 should not show up in the list.Whatever.

Next,The start up time when I double click a html file in my hard disk:- IE is much faster than Firefox to open files in my hard disk.(WinXX).
Firefox needs to have a confirmation box when its main window containing the tabs is clicked for close.many a time i have accidently clicked the close and all the tabs are gone!
Just now i visited http://www.bbcworld.com/clickonline. And i get a HSBC POP UP AD ! I really did not expect pop up ads from someone like BBC!
I thought only cheap sites do it !

while the reasons u mention are quite valid,could anyones house have the huge BIG cinemascope 7o mm screen? we all manage it in 21"/29"/51" or whatever.
Unless for a movie with just dull visual,most movies look great on the huge screen.even with dvd quality,
the theatre screens cant be matched.
Same way,although dvd's are DTS,we gotta buy costly speaker sets,and still none of then can provide the full powerful sound like in theatre.
It simple cant replicate the theatre.

If at all they are seeing all the movies they are downloading,it is a serious case of addiction to Hollywood movies, instead of the many worthwhile things they can do.
Why cant they just go to the Cinemas and watch the movie / get a DVD , and then concentrate the remainning time on useful things instead of thinking all the time about which projector print to get [they have quality check for these prints it seems...:p ]/who is the first to rip the movie...etc. The amount of time a movie requires a persons attention is only as long as you watch the movie.Not all the time in this world.
Today , finally found a use for google suggest.
Lets say some weird news [ or rather a 'hushed' news ] has broken out.Then when you type only some word about it,then you get to see, under which combination of words , maximum number of results have been obtained.
The suggested words by themselves may not be all that useful,but when combined with the number of results shown for each keyword,I think it can be useful.
Google suggest may not be immediately be of use to everyone like Google.com,but will rather be when a particular situation arises for the user.

I think every story should have a link about the main topic and what it is,instead of assuming the user knows it. [ most do, but some irritatingly dont].
