    Then maybe it is not that important. Laws being passed without a general populous vote is a load of crap. I don't care what the reason is. It may seem ludicrous in the here and now, but if we started our laws in that manner then we might re-evaluate what really needs a law and what is just common sense. Besides, if they don't understand the law then they don't know the law and cant follow it anyway. Try again ;)

    Don't give a rats ass about the legal issues here. Just because some idiots decided to create some laws that I personally never voted for, (just like all laws), that doesn't all of a sudden make it wrong or right. A so-called star got a recording of an immoral sex act and we are supposed to feel sorry for him/her/it. I thought fucking somebodies wife would get you a divorce and half your shit awarded to your wife. The only idiots are those involved. Also, there seems to be (to me anyways), a lot of political and opinion pieces. I understand it is good for getting folks to comment, but it just seems there is a little too much in comparison to factual descriptive tech pieces. ....     I could see a small NUC type PC equipped with TB using this for gaming. Keeps the heat and noise out of the NUC. I also could see a proprietary standard being created ;). Some devices need to be created so the problems we didn't really have can now be seen.
