Not being perfect is a terrible reason not have a preference. Many stores don't have my favorite ice cream flavor, but I'll still have ones I like better among the ones they do have.
Actually, you'll find that the majority believes evolution is contradicted by scientific evidence(in the United States). That's why you'll never find me arguing for the suppression of "wrong" opinions, because in a democracy, at least, the majority dictates what that is. Sometimes all you can do is get the truth out as best you can and hope it gets to some more people than it would've otherwise.
As for your second point, you're intentionally conflating extremists who have embraced violence as a means of accomplishing their goals with people have some(and not even that much, the Sikh shooter was literally a Nazi) overlap of opinion. I suggest that your conflation is no different than those who say "All Muslims are terrorists". It generalizes people into simple groups that let you judge them without knowing them.
Those opinions are wrong(and yes, opinions can be wrong). Those people aren't out to get you. You need to take a moment to realize that not everyone is the most informed, and that doesn't represent an inherent flaw with them as human beings.
"Get only positive results or never get tenure" is a policy that dooms us to this exact course. Publishing is no longer a consequence of having a brilliant idea, but rather a means to an ends(keeping your job). The academic community needs to find another metric for researcher quality other than papers published. It's costing everyone the truth.
To muddy the waters a bit, I do believe there are political opinions that outright contra-factual, including quite a few associated with my party of choice. The point where I like to get off the train as viewing people with a few bad opinions as bad people. The tricky part is that it's easy to be misinformed, even when you struggle to stay informed about things, even more-so when you have more important things to do with your time(or are lazy). I, personally, am outright wrong about several things. I just don't know what.
We should be so lucky as to have those as outcomes. The reality is that once a hyper-partisan group manages to attain any amount of power, they use it to enforce their position onto others. They become convinced that their position is the absolute and correct one. They view those disagreeing as being in denial of reality and sometimes dangerous.
And what is basic science today will feed millions in the future. I'm not saying this particular telescope will provide the insights necessary to advance overall economic productivity, but once shut down, it definitely won't.
All I can say is that I've been burned by good specs that somehow manage to lack critical(to me) graphics functions, like supporting modern shader models.
The advantage of AMD chips recently has been avoiding intel integrated graphics. I know you CAN get most intel chips without it, but it was a real anti-selling point for me.
By asserting that position, you really have sacrificed the moral high ground. You have staked a position that says "opinions can be harmful" and thus validated their original position of intolerance as a subjective disagreement.
This sounds like orbit not destruction. It's like how the earth and moon can orbit the sun without being destroyed. I'm sure some of the details will help with measuring the effect of the black hole, but this is sensationalized to an absurd degree.
I don't know why that seems off to you. We're talking about extremely faint signals with absolutely terrible signal-to-noise ratios. It takes a huge amount of data to generate enough parity to resolve what's signal and what's noise. To be honest, I'm surprised this wasn't one of hubble's first missions.
1. Remove all adobe products. Flash is ok with flashblock. 2. Keep firefox or chrome up to date, don't use IE. 3. Remove java plugin. 4. Install adblock and noscript. 5. Have a router, block everything inbound.
The number of things that can infect you with that setup is about 0.

Just a note, if you helmet is damaged or dented, the material inside has lost some very significant amount of protective value and should be replaced.
It's not just the media, it's all of our society. The media is just cateringcreating to our societal attitudes.
This is what the media does. It's practically its only role in our society.

That was my point? What?
Since Diablo 3 is a DRM'd monstrosity, I'll give this a try, just to help show blizzard why they aren't getting money.

Right here, look:
That's it, voicing a negative opinion=harm. From your very own keyboard.

FYI: that rule doesn't even remotely work with any of the TNG movies which are all awful.
You either never read what I said yourself, or you did, in fact, say just that.
Lifetime limit before gift tax starts taking effect in the United States is $5,100,000. It won't apply here.

I know just how you feel, I make calls with my cellular telephone all the time. Words should never be abbreviated at all.

Is this 1998? Was the malicious file found on the world wide web?
On the other side of the coin, that trip to tel aviv can now be replaced by going somewhere new.
