    wine for example only has 0.112 / 1000 lines of code as well. and we all know it by far doesn't always do what we want it to do. ;)
    That's the problem. In order to do what we want it to do, it probably has to increase the bug count absurdly.

    Knuth used to have this great offer where he'd send you a check for pi or e or something if you managed to find a bug in his code.
    It is a $2.56 check. The reasoning for that was that it is "an hexadecimal dollar".

    I thought the bugs were already in RC1, why did they need to implement them again for RC2?

    Tagging by users works within small communities - but I doubt it will scale up.
    It seems to work fine for last.fm.

    For some reason I stubbornly don't use bookmarks often (as when you have too many, they quickly become worthless) so that obscure search term might be in my profile 300 times over the course of a year if it's a site that I visit daily from the office.

    Have you tried del.icio.us? I didn't use any kind of bookmark system for exactly the same reason as you, until I found it. It's like google for bookmarks, with the additional advantage of me being able to choose my own weird keywords for entries.

    Instead of having a 32-bit browser just for Flash, you could use an external 32-bit process for the plugins, and have the browser itself be 64-bit. That's what Konqueror does.

    Just for the record, "Bossa Nova" is Portuguese, not Spanish. And in Portuguese, "nova" really means "new".

    It is actually quite difficult to use KDE without KHTML being installed. Lots of things depend on it. I believe you wouldn't even be able to load KDE without KHTML.

    A Litre is a volume unit... Simply 10 cm... Of course, the mass of 1 litre of water will be different depending on the temperature of the water, but yet 1 litre = 10 cm... If you change the temperature of something, its volume will change. So, there's no circular reference...

    KDE has no hardcoded shortcuts. When you run it for the first time, it will ask you whether you want the default behavior or want settings close to UNIX, Windows or MacOS.
