"Libya is in charge of the UN council on human rights,"
If this is really the case, I must admit that I'm far from shocked. This sort of thing is seen in really life all the time ! Each "hot" issue needs a leader. Just get somebody who knows nothing whatsoever about the issue and put him in charge. In real life this is often called a MANAGER. Don't know if this idea would work out well where the Internet is concerned though. In my view it would probably be better if this were managed by somebody just ever so slightly knowledgeable on the subject..... but this is only my opinion, of course. And my right to have such an opinion might well turn out to be a "human rights question"... (wanders off wondering if he knows any Libyans - nothing like a word in the right place).
the secretary will let you in, and she's easily tricked.
Be a fool not to - if you know many secretaries willing to turn a trick in a tank ! Good luck with that. Think it might lack comfort for both parties. Or all parties - depends on the number of crew and the number of willing secretaries.
I would recommend that you hold on to it tightly - but take care with the sweat. Don't knock hand-waving though - it draws attention, as you say. Think girls' attention, this can result in less inner tension and thus less sweat from the hands. (She may require that you put the diploma down though - if only for a few moments.)
'Tis indeed an interesting idea. I'm just curious enough to ask from which telephone you do that, and does it have a "memory" for telephone numbers ? You might want to try having such messages left by a member of the female gender - you know, like the little note left in the lunch box. Such messages can be very motivational and, from time to time, very inventive. 'Course it depends what kind of motivation you're looking for.
Liked your post. Do it but don't forget "A few weeks is generally enough for me, I like my cushy homebase." Good for you. Change is as good as a rest. But it ain't as good as the rest you get when you win your way back to that "cushy homebase."
And it is true - but only in the large models made by "BROTHER". What we have here is the beginning of "BIG BROTHER" as forseen by George Orwell in "1984".
The complete "Big Brother" program has been taken over by the U.S. goverment. You have heard about the Patriot Act and Home Security ? Been on a 'plane lately ? Next time take a second and notice the makers name on the printer which prints you ticket.
You, sir, if you are not confused, you are at least confusing me. I thought this article had to do with slot machines..... oh, wait... I think I follow. There are fewer women in science 'cause they are occupied with the slots, and as a source of quick money (to stay off the slots for the shortest possible time) they're hooking.
Yes, a dupe so soon after the first one ----- it sucks. I found your comment to be cultural, informational, interesting, and nothing whatsoever to do with the subject (as far as I can see, anyhow). I would have replied, but I didn't get a chance to read/. that day. The dupe gives us all a second chance - let's look on the good side.
I just want to say thanks - without your awesomely irrelevant comment I would never have known about our fiercely contemplative Japanese companions.
I agree with you : Know your neighbour is a good idea - even if the s.o.b. does live in Japan. So THANKS for the comment.
Am I the only one to find that "concencus" is worrying here ? Can it be that spell checkers are being banned on/. ? Perhaps a consensus of opinion is required here ? Sorry to be a bore - but two concencus (concencii ?) were just too much for me !
I might think that the roll-back would happen if I "tried" the new format in question and didn't like it. For me, a trial implies that I can try the product - and, if I don't like it, I can return to the previous format.
Try before you buy means (at least for me) that you can try for free and only buy if you are convinced of the worthiness of the product. If the seller fails to convince, he is in honour bound to restore the previous status (at least according to my reading of the phrase).
Perhaps my mistake is in using the word "honour" in this context ? Microsoft's rules (I have come painfully to realize) are maybe a little different the ones I was brought up to respect.
"Phylogenists do not put forth the claim that "man evolved from apes."
I was sure that they were the folks who explained where the apes evolved from.
Did I get that one wrong?
">50% of the population has above-average intelligence."
Is this OK for everybody else ? I have to ask how is the average calculated to get this result ? Are we looking to compare the avarage intelligence of apes to that of modern day humanoids, perhaps ?
Should have been "queen" !
YES !
If I RTFA correctly, young potential overlords have also got to "show cause".

Iraq? Vietnam? Yep, each one of us can have a chuckle !
Question of when, really
I'm very much afraid that not ---- sorry, but keep smiling anyhow.

Kind of you to notice. We do what we can. A good boggle from time to time is recommended for health reasons, you know. Keeps the prostate in trim.
The editors should do something about this - the same crap day after day.
Well done ! Liked it ! Still laughing.
Well said that man !
Some ducks get lost ?

Born a Briton, I always thought it was " 'ere 'ere ". As in " You can't do that there 'ere ".

whooosh !

didn't even see that one passin' over

Tell me, have I captured your thought correctly ?

Aunt Mildred, I have to agree with the above post !

We want to keep a thing like that kind of relaxed, eh? Don't want it to get tired or hungry - it might get to be bad tempered.
Oh geez indeed,
I was sure that they were the folks who explained where the apes evolved from.
Did I get that one wrong?
