I click on "Reply to This" and type my answer. I eagerly await your next command while sipping some coffee. My program compiled with 5 errors and 12 warnings that I fix as fast as possible. I commit my changes with a quote from Edgar Allan Poe, and click on the Submit button to finish.
I loved Bushido blade, it was a mix between a fighting game and a technical game with a lot of laughs when you killed your friend's character in one second. You also needed a bit of "psychology" to destabilize your friends, like taunting them or not doing anything for 10 seconds wondering who would go first and try something (and that was a very dangerous thing to do in this game, a bit like in the Aikido martial art). It was definitely a good game, but it was too serious for most people of course: no fireballs, no super powers...
You should search for the Tienanmen square (with an e instead of an a) and you'll get pictures of tanks in the chinese version of Google. Of course I'm not located in China, but still, I see tanks in the chinese web site.
From the Wikipedia page about Go!, you can download its source code
here. Is this language really serious? No docs, just one book with a typo on its front?
Google Groups was a good idea with a bad implementation. Last time I checked, there was no fast way to report a spammer, you have to click 3 or 4 times and be redirected to different pages before having just one message successfully reported.
Why should I do the googling for you you lazy cnut?
I wouldn't call Knuth lazy even if the 4th volume of his Art of Computer Programming is a bit late. While you wait for it, the 3rd edition of Introduction to Algorithms is available on Amazon. Please be patient!
I wish I had mod points for you, X-Com was definitely scary even with huge pixels all over the graphics. The fact that you could not know where attacks came from, the music, all that helped to create this creepy atmosphere.
Same thing with Maniac Mansion, big pixels, but weird people everywhere, the door bell ringing whenever you didn't expected it, and Edna chasing you in the kitchen, I was scared of that as a kid.
That's funny, I'm in France and I just discovered Last.fm today (yeah, I'm slow...) and the Mac program works great. I don't see any subscription here, maybe it's some kind of free trial. According to their subscription page, I can have "unlimited radio streaming" but it's not written anywhere in their program.
I can't speak for everyone, but it's good enough for my family to share our photos for a few hours between other members of the family. No more need to setup a permanent account on Flickr, just point the folder where your photos are located and it works (there are still a few bugs to iron out but it's less than beta). It's easy for my relatives, we'll keep on using it as long as it's available, and I hope more "widgets" will be written to do more stuff with it.
I tried it and love it! It has a few "widgets" installed by default (which may be removed in the final version): file, note, and photo sharing, a media player, a simple chat, and a web server that you point to a specific folder on your disk. Of course more functionality will come with the SDK (and there's also a template library to write code faster)
I was 8 when I finished Maniac Mansion, 9 for Zak McKracken (I had to draw the maps for the Mars and Peruvian temples). Now I'll say this to you once, not twice, just once: go finish both those games right now!
I didn't knew about this Libertas party but I clicked on the link anyway. And who do I see? Philippe de Villiers (the "almost-extreme-right" guy who wants to be the next king of France) and Frédéric Nihous (an outsider from a "fishing and hunting" political party). I wouldn't trust them if I were you.
The game Lemmings had something like the footprints you describe to pause the game.

If someone walks in they have to walk around the desk before they can see what's up on the screen.
Nope, I still can see what's on your screen, it's blurry though, look behind you, do you see me?

There already are 2 very realistic games that should have been mentioned: Close Range and Modern Warfare 3.

Fresh Oranges are full of vitamin C, but I don't think it would help in this situation.
Maybe it's time for tougher IP laws where such things would be possible! At least I would if I were into politics...

Me neither, but I kinda like the way SharePoint spits random pages in Italian sometimes, it's like I'm a member of the Cosa Nostra or something :D
I don't get it, Fortress was supposed to be Sun's new programming language, the alternative to Fortran. How is SharePoint related to Fortran?
GameCube or Dreamcast? I loved the Dreamcast version (the 1st one was bad) but the only Sonic game I player on the Cube was... weird.
Well, thank you very much Mister Smart Guy! In 200 years, we'll all be speaking through our nostrils thanks to you, are you happy now?

Don't know if it's useful but I found http://23hq.com/ today.
So strong atheism is some kind of GPL, and weak atheism BSD? But what is agnosticism then? Microsoft C# Community License?

Woops, small update: Last.fm is limited to 30 tracks only for the free version. I'll try something else...

but you still can't sue me for a parody!
