    I still get these calls as voice mail on my cell. :( I can block calls from everyone not on my contact list, but anyone can leave a voice message.

    These calls are already illegal and can't be stopped. What I don't understand is how the caller expects to collect money from the people they call and still remain hidden.

    This will just force them to make their own money which they probably should be doing anyway. They make much of their own electronics for ordinance. Stuff related to national security should be made in house. That goes for the US too!

    I remember doing this in Excel ten years ago to make semiconductor device wafer maps and crude gray-scale images. You change the color palette to add more gray levels and then use conditional formatting to color the cells. Ta Da! An image! A patent on a fancier version of this is obvious so there should be no patent. Pfft!
