You can even make diffent paths for telemarketeers.. and if they select the "I am family or friend" then they have actually allready lied once.. hmm.. starts to sound like a solution I have to implement..
A typical slashdotter will likely save way more both nature and money in a year by just not buying one of the gadgets..
Ofcourse saving electricity is good, but often the total enviromental cost of disposing of the previous thing and the making of the new more energy efficient thing is way above any savings made by the new one..

One of the things is a fairly large userbase for Netware.. and a working structure of a company.
So, yes if you are looking for just a linux distro, they are not the thing to aquire, but if you are looking to expand you market share in general.. (like Oracle tries to) Novell does have (atleast potentially) other benefits too.

The things that happen when struck by a bullet or shrapnel are different than a skier hitting the ground. This material could perhaps help to make the impact plates, but the actual stopping of the penetration will likely need "normal means"
Same with most of the radical mullahs.. the thing they spew forth is equally "true". Thus both use same thing, taking some small parts of their supposed religion and then using it as the whole.
The world is going in a direction where a lot of lawsuits and such are really "fishing expeditions" to you create overly broad subpoenas and then hope to find something in the material to back you view.

Most christians or muslism are not that hardline, but seems that the hardliners do have way too much media publicity.
Indeed, when in offcial capacity proclaiming that something is against the rules, you are in effect saying "Goverment says that..." thus anything you say will be viewed as goverment policy.
Thus one should preferably know what the statures are and what part of them one is supposed to be enforcing.
