Nice because it records in HD and standard. Sound is going through my surround sound system, I never use the volume on the TV. This set up works well for watching Hulu, The Daily Show and Colbert Report on the browser. Plus I can watch DVDs and iTunes content as well.

I agree, its too complicated to use efficiently its not intuitive at all. As a developer, I hate using it and building sites for it because its not easy to use and damn ugly. I've taken a couple of courses on it but its one of those things that if you don't use it, you forget how to do things. I think the only people that use it and like it on the organizations I've been with are Project managers. Everyone else just avoids using it all together. Funny, in a regional web developer (50 people) meeting about SP we all took a poll on if anyone had changed the default look and feel from the blue banners. Nobody had. It was basically a show and tell of horror stories of how long it takes to get it up and running (avg 8 months) and how crappy the manuals are (inaccurate and convoluted). My current employer is trying to set it up for an intranet for 12,000 employees and we've spent about 10 months on it and have to start from scratch since the route we took didn't quite work out. Its a cash cow for MS. They make a ton of money selling this piece of crap. I'm glad I don't have it at home.

Hell yeah, well said. In Seattle the law seems to be "Stay left except to pass." Its crazy to see all the cars clustered over to the left all doing the same speed. Often times the far right lane is the one totally open and is the one to use to pass people. And I've talked with people here who think they are fully entitled to sit in the left lane. They say, "I'm doing the speed limit, there is no need for you to pass." Nice. Having driven the highways in Germany, France, and Italy I was amazed at how well the traffic moved. Everyone stayed to the right. They only used the left lane to pass a slower vehicle. It was impressive to see just how well the traffic moved; fast and efficient.

Fun story, good stunts, humor, adventure, all the ingredients for an Indiana Jones movie. I'd see it again. No, I don't work at ILM, though I'd love to!

Depending on what state you live in, and what ATT can get away with, there are usually some monthly fees on top of your bill. Like the taxes from the local government, and then the fee they charge you to pay the taxes, and whatever else they like to bilk from you. In Seattle my friend is on the $60/mo plan but has an additional $20 in fees from ATT to make it nearly $80/mo for his iPhone.

Still pretty dang expensive for me, even at the lowest rate. I'll sign on when I can get an iPhone for $200 and then pay $40/mo. I take after my dad who should have founded cheapbastard.com.

In layout I tend to use vector based images for creating my designs and this program allows the user to edit these objects so easily. Plus, you can do preliminary HTML building with its slices and exporting functions. Photoshop is of course invaluable, and I use it for creating images and adjusting photos since Fireworks isn't as robust in that area. I use them both and dont want to see either of them discontinued.
