i'm sure in 15 minutes, one could exhale all that excess CO2... i'm no sitting-on-the-bottom-of-the-pool-for-15-minutes-u sing-highly-efficient-blood-substitute expert though.
were you referring to this TOS agreement? because nowhere is it stated 60GB/month. it does say newsgroups are limited to 2GB/month and this:
You further agree to comply with all Comcast network, bandwidth, and data storage and usage limitations. You shall ensure that your bandwidth consumption using the Service does not exceed the limitations that are now in effect or may be established in the future.
i assume it has something to do with the number of connections and requests. for 1 large file, i'm thinking it's one request: gimme. for torrents it's "hey you, you, you, you, and you, and everyone else here, i don't have this.2%, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme.
actually, i think coating your car in this wouldn't do any good. it's not like your car will automatically go invisible, the material below this nanocoating will still reflect light, right back through the coating.
what you would need is something that has a HIGHER reflectivity index, and angle them all crazy-like, reflecting it all over the place before sending it back, so the laser ends up getting several mixed signals.
i've been a fan of NightShift for downloading the latest safari/webkit nightly builds. it leaves your current install alone, while giving you the ability to test the latest webkit.

That's awesome... and the fact that someone else replied to this with essentially "lol" and got modded insightful is telling. *golf clap*
I have started a new blog category just to archive the best comments I've run across, and this one alone kicks it off.
i tried, but... i don't have any text... and i can't seem to type.
i'm pretty sure this started on linux, at the very least. check the long video linked on the photo tourism page: http://phototour.cs.washington.edu/
