Bubblegum Tate: "We'd need some kind of doomsday device to initiate an implosion
like that!" Farnsworth: "Doomsday device? Aaah, now the ball's in Farnsworth's court!"
Really, really, freakin big Holy-freaking-shit that-did-not-just-happen-bombs. You can look at the devestation from a nuke and say "eh. I can cause that with 'enough' TNT, C4, etc." The real kicker is the fact that it was ONE bomb. And we have lots and lots and lots and lot (etc, etc) of these suckers in the world.
90% of TKD schools are McDojos (bullshido.com), so my advice to anyone who thinks of learning TKD: MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET HOSED. There are some really crappy schools out there. Make sure you learn self defense, not how to dance. Click the link to find some good advice. And yes, I speak from personal experience. Thank god for Jeet Kune Do.
When I was taken "hunting", my cousin told me to hold a bag near the ground why he "flushed" the bird out. Combine this with him making sounds and blaming me for it getting away, and repeating this for a few hours, I began to doubt such a bird existed. Oh well.
A similar situation occured with my aunt while she was in college and was misdiagnosed by a med student for abdominal pain. She ended up surviving a burst appendix after several days of extreme agony. She can't have children now. And she only found out about the appendicitis recently during an examination. (15 or so years down the road.)
She is not seeking damages for numerous reasons, but if she did, how many of you would support a decision to deny her medical treatment because "some" others abuse the legal system?
"Thank you for coming! I will see you in hell!"

Of course the real problem is they picked up an oldies station on the wireless radio control system.
And now we know, and knowing is half the battle...

It's "The US prepares to achieve a state of nukedness."
Just call a Faction Council and repeal the U.N. Charter and it's all good..... wait a minute.... I'm confused....
Ha, nice try young man, but it's turtles all the way down!
Humans can't solve the halting problem for EVERY case either. Halting Problem
Regardless, your point still stands. Pattern recognition for objects as rudimentary as letters is still a very hard AI problem.
In Soviet Russia, script forks you!
Everyone knows the efficiency experts in the Gov. Agencies recommend using BubbleSort with random restarts... you know, for robustness.....

Ahh, the snipe-hunt. I fell for that once when I was about 8. Once...
(BTW: (1)-anyone else familiar with the snipe? (2)- Did you imagine it to look like a Kiwi-bird? (3)- Or is it just my deluded memory?)
I sure did. Even ignoring the errors about brains and cloning and what not.
