    Really, really, freakin big Holy-freaking-shit that-did-not-just-happen-bombs. You can look at the devestation from a nuke and say "eh. I can cause that with 'enough' TNT, C4, etc." The real kicker is the fact that it was ONE bomb. And we have lots and lots and lots and lot (etc, etc) of these suckers in the world.

    Regardless, your point still stands. Pattern recognition for objects as rudimentary as letters is still a very hard AI problem.

    90% of TKD schools are McDojos (bullshido.com), so my advice to anyone who thinks of learning TKD: MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET HOSED. There are some really crappy schools out there. Make sure you learn self defense, not how to dance. Click the link to find some good advice. And yes, I speak from personal experience. Thank god for Jeet Kune Do.

    When I was taken "hunting", my cousin told me to hold a bag near the ground why he "flushed" the bird out. Combine this with him making sounds and blaming me for it getting away, and repeating this for a few hours, I began to doubt such a bird existed. Oh well.

    A similar situation occured with my aunt while she was in college and was misdiagnosed by a med student for abdominal pain. She ended up surviving a burst appendix after several days of extreme agony. She can't have children now. And she only found out about the appendicitis recently during an examination. (15 or so years down the road.) She is not seeking damages for numerous reasons, but if she did, how many of you would support a decision to deny her medical treatment because "some" others abuse the legal system?
