Bullying is a very known term in court; why must this all be so difficult through TOS agreements and changing laws while there is already a law in order?

If this lady killed another person by bullying, over the Internet, phone, sms, e-mail, msn, fax, telex or smokesignals; there is already a law in place!

Why create more "control" while there are enough laws in place to stop such behavior in the first place? Drive someone to suicide and you'll for sure be looked upon if it comes out.
It came out; police has requested all information at Myspace of this person; this person is busted.
What more can be so complicated?
What more is the Internet next to another medium like a phone, fax or mail? When a bank gets robbed by using GSM's with anonymous paycards through SMS; does that medium has to suffer too?

  4. UPS's aren't golden eggs either ... on Why Power Failures Can Always Lead To Data Loss · · Score: 1

My company had a powerfailure one year ago after our local electricity company finished their work in the street. The electricity went out-on-out-on, this in 9 cycles. Not only there were big problems with the devices not behind an ups, but also big problems with the servers and other material behind ups's.

The current somehow managed to reach the serial port of 2 APC's, killing half of the server infrastructure in that rack.

Needless to say, I switched immediately to the higher series with online-power. I hope to prevent such kind of damage.

Every UPS has only a limited processing power; expressed in Joules. Once the power problem goes over that amount, the UPS will fail its function and eventually also fail its safety precautions. The higher series got filtering and protection for such seperated.

All presses need to be approved by Sabam thought police prior to pressing.

Unless you tell them virtually to bugger off; in neat words: I'm sorry, I'm working together with another hitman euh protection guy .. or something.

I've done this for my CC+ creations which will be also put on CD very soon. The CC releases will be available in lower quality and the higher quality & WAV files will be available at a cost; this to recover my investments into my studio.

Not a lot of people know this loophole and pay up their extertion fees automatically; which makes their system great for statistics.

When working together with SABAM you are obliged to add their "Copyright by Sabam"/Copyright Control line, need to pay a membership fee and you will always (by law) need to demand all presses through SABAM (for any pressing, even if it is your own content!) to get a paper back which will clear you to press.

One of the difficulties SABAM created is that no CDR or Audio CD's can be imported in Belgium; try to shop in any European store for CD's and you will notice no-one will export their goods to Belgium; unless it is a shop with Belgian outlet(s). We pay by default the mafia tax; even if these CDR's (in my case) are being used for 90% for data/backup transferring for easy archiving; no sound involved.
