Look at it this way, mormon scripture says that Polygamy is OK, at one time it was also legal to practice polygamy, then a law was passed that said that polygamy was illegal.

Looking at the Constitution the answer is Yes, otherwise we could just basically (by passing laws that restrict actions that make the tenets of each religion) make all religions illegal.

I HAVE a 3 yr old Athlon 2800+ that used to run a geforce 4 as the video card, the total cost to build the box was less than 500 dollars at the time, i just recently upgraded to an Nvidia 6800 OC (by BFG tech) and for less than 250 my system now plays everygame on the market with all of the eye candy on max (I play 1024x768 with no aa or af) so I figure im set for a few more years before i'll need to upgrade anything else...

Actually the AI in WC3 doesn't spend all of it's resources immediately, often times it hordes a lot of resources but never spends them, this can be seen by wiping out their main set of people and unit structures but leaving the castle/town hall intact and peons alive, the computer will continue to gather resources but never build any supporting structures.
I think it's due to an AI routine that doesn't reset itself, once a barracks or whatever is built the computer no longer considers that building needed, so when you destroy it then leave their base it never rebuilds it.

Just to clarify, I actually would prefer to use some flavor of unix/linux rather than Windows, i'm a hardcore gamer tho and the support in Linux just isn't there (games or drivers for gaming).
All of my game servers (for public use) run Linux tho as I find it much easier to handle running multiple apps and stat tools with batch files and cron than.exes and windows scheduler...
