If they don't have some breach of contract or revenue clawback due to all this silliness, then Microsoft have only themselves to blame for the lack of positive marketing and publicity.
No, a flat tax is a regressive tax. Meaning it has a higher impost on the less-able to pay in society, because the "flat tax" is a higher proportion of their total income.
All of the always-on-top floating top and side bars almost completely block all the actual content.
It's pretty much preventing me from doing anything useful on the trips to/from work each day.
Now I actually notice how bad public transport really is...
Looking at the 6 month traffic report for Singapore, what happened towards the end of May and onwards?
There's a precipitous drop in traffic for the unencrypted Google Search traffic down to less than half the pre-June traffic levels.

If we get access to install any new operating system that we desire, and to use the PS3 for whatever reason we want, then how can that be bad?
If Sony is circumventing the tariffs by being "forced" into making the PS3 more open (and I use that term guardedly), then we still benefit a LOT more than by owning an Xbox360.
Most people I know (myself included) have a lot of ideas, both good and bad, but have no idea or resources to make the idea into a marketable and/or profitable idea.
The fact that your idea could be made real by anyone else and accessible worldwide is pretty much its own thing to brag about.

Right.. in their world, that's perfectly reasonable to call it an unlimited plan...
So, what if the compliance costs of maintaining supply to the country are considered "too high"?
Or, perhaps the market isn't considered valuable enough and the supply will simply dry up anyway...
Or the import costs will make it prohibitively expensive (despite the moral high-ground you're taking)..
Or.... ad infinitum...
Is it just me, or did anyone else misread the headline as "_Daft_ Alternative To SOPA Released"?
