    It's only a matter of time. When I was still working as an ME back in the last century, the company I was at was already talking about (and testing the use of) cheaper offshore enginerring labor.

    The outsourcing madness won't slow down until top-level executives and CEO's are outsourced. It won't stop completely until corporate boards are outsourced.

    Cool, I am very familiar with your site! I've used Agenda under XP and Win7 and also under Linux, but it's limited in some ways as you know. Treesheets seems pretty cool, I'll try it out, but I suspect it's still not Agenda-like.

    One of the non-obvious things they discovered was that it was dangerous to use a cell phone even if you don't take your eyes off the road.

    Mind boggling -this became obvious to me in the mid-90's the first time I used a cellphone while driving. Then again, I have seen countless examples of cluelessness in my lifetime.

    Only if you had clowns who did the the setup or ongoing support. In my experience, Groupwise was the easiest, most stable mail and calendar platform I have ever used, managed and supported. I sure do miss it.

    Because if they raise the limit to 75, people will drive 85. Americans have been conditioned to believe that the "real" speed limit is at least 10 mph over the posted limit.

    Nope. Most will drive at at the speed the road was designed for. The minority of idiots will drive stupidly no matter what laws are in effect.

    There's a whole generation now that thinks cell phone voice quality is the way it's supposed to be. In the mean time, every cell call I make is an exercise in frustration because I know how good it *could* be.

    Pimp is such an idiotic term to use, I'm sick and tired of it.

    But if you insist, I suggest a fur fedora, gaudy mink coat, glass platform shoes, and you must mount the tablet in a late 70's Cadillac with pink padded vinyl roof, V-shaped TV antenna on the trunk, bordello red upholstery, and fringe hung around the windshield.

    Plus, you can only use it to listen to the Shaft soundtrack.
