Contrary to most of the comments posted here, most pro-life advocates do NOT condone, nor agree with killing, harassing, or harming abortion clinic workers, doctors, etc. Most intelligent pro-lifers realize that the activities that go on in an abortion clinic are currenly LEGAL and performing ILLEGAL acts to try to stop these activities is totally worthless. The right way to go about it is to work to get the laws changed.

I'm just disappointed about all the comments being made here depiciting all pro-life people as hypocritical morons that are blinded by religious beliefs. Yes, some pro-life people are that way... but the majority are not. The majority just feel that it is wrong to end an innocent life. And to debunk the perceived hypocracy of being pro-life and pro-death penatly... there is a significant difference between the two... abortion is ending a life that has done nothing wrong... has done nothing to harm society... or others... putting someone to death for murder is ending a life that was not innocent... that purposely took away someone else's right to life. If you cannot see that difference then I feel sorry for you.

Yeah, it's because there are no term limits on our congressmen or senators so the lobbyists have a lot of time to dig their claws into these easily corruptable individuals.

I don't think congressmen was ever meant to be a career... I'm sure that's not what the founding fathers had in mind. We need term limits so that we get a constant cycle of new ideas and new people in the legislature... and to make it harder for lobbyists to get their way.

My guess is that MS didn't have a choice. They needed something that would allow them to easily port their existing codebase to a 64-bit architecture... it sounds like Itanium doesn't allow that with any decent performance.

They will probably go through a transitional period with Win64 where a lot of the code will still be 32-bit... and the Hammer sounds like it will deal with that pretty nicely.

Ok... first of all, they are selling something that everyone has the ability to copy. These are called CDs.

They are complaining about something that everyone has teh ability to copy. These are called MP3s.

They make money off CDs despite the fact that they can be copied.

Then why are they not selling MP3s?

Put the MP3 versions of songs right on the CD. Maybe people will buy more CDs to get higher quality MP3s.

But they won't do it... because they are stupid.

I wish I had the money to start a record label. Because I would put MP3s in different bitrates (low for MP3 players, high for your computer, etc) right on the CD. So it could be playing in your car stereo... copied to your computer or MP3 player... without any ripping software... or downloading... and all in high-quality.

I would also allow people to buy a CD online and download the MP3 version while they wait for the CD to be shipped to them.

People make money off things that can easily be copied all the time. You just need to give someone a reason to shell out the cash.
