I had to do this to an old 20MB PC/XT drive a couple of years ago. I remember it costing only $300-$500. The turn-around was amazing at three day from when I sent it out (red lable). I recovered most of the data except where heads crashed on the platters.
Anyone remember the good old days when we parked the HD heads manually?
Check your accounts online every day. Report any suspicious activity to the CC company. I saved myself twice by doing this. One time the number was used in the same town as a recent e-purchase, and the other turned out to be a bartender using my number to buy *free* rounds for his friends.
What you said! I too used to spend a whole lot more on CD's when I was younger. Still, if I see (or hear) something I like I'll buy it in a second. I just don't want much. I recently got a new vehicle that has sat. radio. That fills my music need pretty good.
I used to build/upgrade computers constantly as well. Now I'm thinking about *gasp* buying one.
I'm older and just plain tired.
I've personally gone from hardcore gamer to dormant gamer since my son was born.
My hand built, water cooled, overclocked super system now holds more baby photos and movies than games.
BF: Vietnam is more like a sporting game (football) than an actual depiction of war. Complete with the penalty box (spawn delay). I still think it's a great game.
You would beat your kid for crying at the Dentist? Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
How about solar/wind turbines in the medians of the interstate that charge the car on-the-fly via some induction process?
I witnessed a F350 rip the rear end off of a H2 in a local "big dick" tug of war. There's not much respect for that guy.
If you can predict the unpredictable then, by definition, it isn't unpredictable.
Right?
I have one of those already! The iDell laptop!

Crates! It must have Crates!
Either a big douche, or a turd sandwich (southpark)
How about "$130.00 cable"
