Yeah. They should do that with CDs too, say, if I 'lose' one I should be able to get another one for free. Them sending you the song costs money (see: bandwith) I see no reason for them to have to cover for your losing the mp3.
Well, if you really like it the first time I wouldn't see it again. It might leave you with a bitter taste. MM's movies are made for first viewing, the logic doesn't stand up a second time through. I did, however, enjoy it so I'm not just being negative here.
How would you connect to eachother though? Would it be a LAN game? Cause you're not connected over a 'network' per se. Or is there some local game setting where it finds people on the same processor? It sounds like it'd be a lot of fun, but I'm just skeptical.
I definitely agree with you. I switched a few weeks back and I really have no reason to go back to IE. Except for a few passwords I have stored in IE that I have no idea what they are... grrr!
I recently received one of these Simon Gift Cards. I must say, I am very pleased. It works just like any credit card and you can look at the balance/where you spent your money online. I haven't noticed the inactivity fee, but let's hope I don't.
I think some philosophers have been trying to answer the question "What is truth?" for a couple thousand years. I don't think any response you're going to get will be complete.
Most professional gamers play in servers where the people in them would not suspect them of cheating. I guess it'd be worthwhile for them to play in public once in awhile, but not really.
I agree with you, somewhat, that this would be a great thing. With the manpower that Microsoft could dedicate to something like this, there are some great possibilities.
One question I have, since I am not very familiar with the licensing. Can they use the kernel, package it up in a distribution and then profit from it? Or would this violate it somehow? That's assuming they want to get into this sort of thing.
"Why is it that most of the skins/themes that I find on sites like www.kde-look.org all try to emulate MacOS ?"
Because icons bounce in MacOS. 'Nuff said.
I agree. I think, in art especially, the technical aspect can take you only so far. Creativity is much harder to find, I wouldn't know I'm still working on stick figures.
I agree with you that we have the right to be left alone. I think if we are watching TV or listening to the radio, we do not OWN these things (the tv/radio we do, but not the stations) and therefore 'agree' to see advertising. I think the difference is that we do own our inbox and that should protect us from getting spam.
As long as you can differentiate between different versions I don't see what the problem is. It's not like they went backwards or anything.

I think there is more than just spam in those boats!
That's awesome. However, it didn't have the one password I was really interested in. I am confused.
Coming soon! I think one good turn deserves another. This technology is perfect for something like that.

Thanks a lot. Even though I feel a lot dumber now having looked at those puzzles.
You must be new here.

I have an @sbcglobal.net and they only said about the 200mb. Hmmm.
Even the DSL provider SBC is going to boost their storage to 100mb for mail accounts. I'd still rather have a gmail invite though.
If you have a 7000 sq foot house I think you can just afford to have someone install all of this for you!

You could just say 'change' instead of delta. Oh, look at the t, I should get going...
