No it's not the next logical step and you would know that if you understood the issue and had bother to read other comments. NET Neutrality is about preventing ISPs from controlling your access to content. In essence it prevents ISPs from regulating the internet.

I hope you learned a lesson on how you need to do some research as opposed to spot off like some idiot.

    Thank You!

If the so called author bothered to read the rest of the report he would have find other instances where cell phones were the clear distraction. But hey never mind. Why not allow people to drink and drive. I mean there are other distractions why single out drinking....

The author clearly didn't bother to read ALL the accidents in NTSB report - accidents attributed to negligence do to texting while driving and cell phone use while driving. While the specific indictment has mitigating circumstances - the others are clearly the fault of the driver TEXTING while driving.

Texting is clearly a major distraction and should not be allowed while driving. In fact there is NO REASON to be using your cell phone while driving. Many corporations have rules prohibiting their employees from using their cell phones while driving on business. So stop the moaning.

Do you even know what a theory means? Look it up sometime. What you meant to say, was Evolution is an untested hypothesis. A theory means a proven set up hypothesis. But Evolution is a theory - it is a proven set of hypothesis. It is predictive - it has predicted things which have just recently been discovered.

Microsoft has been going after Android! That's going after Google. Microsoft has been targeting Android makers for sometime. What hell has Google been waiting for???? Google could have easy indemnified the manufacturers, thus protecting them and making Google the target of Microsoft's legal actions. They didn't. Google is only indirectly involved in the B&N case. They are still MIA.
