I'd rather semi relevant ads be displayed on the top of my email messages than irrelevant and useless ads! For God's sake, hows is this a bad thing? Nobody outlaws spam-killing software - that scans your emails as well!
Ok, my mirror is down now. After giving out 300gigs of just Disc 1, I figured that'd be enough =) Hope yall enjoyed it. A handful of you suckers sucked it at 1 megabyte/sec, 50% sucked it at 800k/sec or faster... fun stuff.

A typical Windows system follows a simple lifecycle: it starts out with a clean Windows installation, which gradually deteriorates as programs are installed, and uninstalled. Eventually, the Windows registry accumulates so much crud that the user is forced to do a clean install. When a user does a clean install that user's system loses all the previously applied security updates, and becomes a sitting duck for worms and other malware.
if true, this could cause big problems not only for Cisco, but for the entire Internet. Cisco routers are responsible for routing much of the Internet's traffic, and the company has long practiced a policy of "security through obscurity."

We're all screwed.
Uhm... your quote simply states that by Asia's definition, the US's 'broadband' doesnt really fall under the category of 'broadband'.

Their access speeds are generally 10x faster than the US's... meaning that to them, we're slow
