Who does Darl McBride think he is. SCO and all of its subsidiaries must be lining the governments pockets if it really thinks it can get away with everything they are doing. Its that or they are all smoking crack. Darl McBride has to be the most vile, repulsive, slimey, sleazy person to every be given power of any company. If he is a supposed fan of slashdot then let I hope he enjoys this post.
Its good to see something's starting to click again in the IT industry. I am a near-graduate IT student looking for work and news like this is an encouragement. Lets hope that this Bubble: Service Pack 2, doesn't crash like the first one did. Lets just hope other major companies such as Microsoft, CSC, and Compaq/HP follow IBM.
Its the most useful thing the Game Boy advance can do. I consider myself a nintedo fan but always have been disappointed with the gameboy range of products. Next thing you know there will be a mod for the gamecube to act like a black box for planes.
I think i'd rather keep windows running as it is then trust accelerators which most likely would be spyware. Not only would they further damage your system in the long run but also exploit your system without you knowing it.
Take on tickle me Elmo. Add a new sound chip. Result a hilarious new pick me up Elmo with added pick up lines including everybodies favourite "Nice shoes, wanna f@#k". Fun for the whole family.
No i do not wish to enlarge my *****.
No i do not wanna see sexy school girls.
No i do not wanna reduce my credit card debt.
No i do not wanna want my computer scanned for. viruses thats what my anti-virus software is for.
No i did not go to college with you as i have never been to America.
Yes i would like for you to rot in hell for wasting my time and space in my email account.
The fact that most viruses affect Windows leads me to think that everyone should switch to Linux due to a far less chance of getting a virus. The world would be a better place. If microsoft hired as many people to make Windows as they did to fix the problems with Windows then maybe WIndows might stand a chance of survival against kiddie scripts which a good majority of these viruses are. Windows tries to be evrything to all people. The concept is good but if they don't make it strong enough then of course we will have such a bad virus problem.
In conclusion, the solution is....(Blue screen of death).....
Why would you bother owning an N-Gage in the first place. Who would be moronic enough to attempt to do this.
Nokia are probably going to get hundreds of complaints that somehow their N-Gage is damaged. Nokia will then have to release a patent saying modify at your own risk.
Purposely putting these limitations just shows how flawed they are in the first place. Why bother having different varients if they are going to be worried that one will affect the others sales. Put a limitation and expect it to be hacked. Welcome to the 21st Century people.
In finance news Sony has lost $30 billion dollars on the market today after shares slumped to record lows. In a related matter Sony launched its Cell based television today
I don't think i'll have any problems with that. My previous ISP was OneNet in Australia. For those of you who don't know they went bankrupt and was liquidated. Then we all performed a sacraficial dance while we burnt all of their computers... or was that in my imagination?
SCO started it and now others are following. LINUX will not be brought down. The only way that there would be a possibility of a lawsuit would mean to reveal the UNIX code "stolen". 24hrs later LINUX 3.7 without this "stolen" code. No lawsuit.
I like to use pen and paper to write down when i have and where i keep it.
Cost of paper- 1c
Cost of ink- 2c
Cost of not having Windows crashing and not losing all files- priceless
The makers of the time travel films don't seem to realise that another movie like this is just infringing on the copyrights of time travel movies before it. Back to the future was good for its time but the concept of time travel should be left in the past.
Well Microsoft might release sunsreen for your computer but I warn you it comes with manditory security updates and licensing cost.
But really the UV light will fry your monitor both LCD and CRT. Melt your keyboard. Overheat your processor. Cause your battery to explode.
Great we can market it as a weapon of mass combustion.
mp3's players will replace cd's like cd's replaced records. Then we will be forced to buy something else replacing mp3 players.
The cycle of life continues.
Using your credit card on the internet and with non major companies is like giving your pin and card number to everyone on the street. I would trust my baby with a dingo before i would give my credit card number out in this way.
Thats the damn truth
Yeah but be warned you'll get more popups then you'll be able to close and end up at sites in no way related to what your intending.

Drop the users. Stop the problem

They are probably just filming another sequel to Jurassic Park. Jurassic Park: The fellowship of the pink plastic dinosaur.

Thats copyright plain and simple. Be careful the FBI might bump copyright up to 4th under music piracy on their agenda.
