  4. Darl McBride = villan++ on Are You Ready for the SCO Blitz? · · Score: 0

Who does Darl McBride think he is. SCO and all of its subsidiaries must be lining the governments pockets if it really thinks it can get away with everything they are doing. Its that or they are all smoking crack. Darl McBride has to be the most vile, repulsive, slimey, sleazy person to every be given power of any company. If he is a supposed fan of slashdot then let I hope he enjoys this post.

Its good to see something's starting to click again in the IT industry. I am a near-graduate IT student looking for work and news like this is an encouragement. Lets hope that this Bubble: Service Pack 2, doesn't crash like the first one did. Lets just hope other major companies such as Microsoft, CSC, and Compaq/HP follow IBM.

  7. Nintendo Milestone on Game Boy Advance Becomes Car Tuning Tool · · Score: -1

Its the most useful thing the Game Boy advance can do. I consider myself a nintedo fan but always have been disappointed with the gameboy range of products. Next thing you know there will be a mod for the gamecube to act like a black box for planes.

  8. Loading.... on Windows Accelerators - Do They Really Work? · · Score: 0

I think i'd rather keep windows running as it is then trust accelerators which most likely would be spyware. Not only would they further damage your system in the long run but also exploit your system without you knowing it.

  11. Microsoft Solution on New Viruses Hit 30-Month High · · Score: -1

The fact that most viruses affect Windows leads me to think that everyone should switch to Linux due to a far less chance of getting a virus. The world would be a better place. If microsoft hired as many people to make Windows as they did to fix the problems with Windows then maybe WIndows might stand a chance of survival against kiddie scripts which a good majority of these viruses are. Windows tries to be evrything to all people. The concept is good but if they don't make it strong enough then of course we will have such a bad virus problem. In conclusion, the solution is ....(Blue screen of death).....

  12. DamN-Gage on Hacking The N-Gage - SideTalkin' To BackTalkin' · · Score: -1, Offtopic

Why would you bother owning an N-Gage in the first place. Who would be moronic enough to attempt to do this. Nokia are probably going to get hundreds of complaints that somehow their N-Gage is damaged. Nokia will then have to release a patent saying modify at your own risk.

  13. Its their own fault on Canon Digital Rebel Hacked Into A Pseudo-10D · · Score: -1

Purposely putting these limitations just shows how flawed they are in the first place. Why bother having different varients if they are going to be worried that one will affect the others sales. Put a limitation and expect it to be hacked. Welcome to the 21st Century people.
