  1. Touch Screen interface on Asus Launches Touchscreen Eee Desktop · · Score: 5, Interesting

"Interestingly, it's listed as coming with XP installed, so we'd guess Asus will be using some sort of proprietary touchscreen interface -- yet the image on the site clearly shows Linux on the screen, which may be a better bet for an easy-to-use touch system" Honest question, not flaming: Ok, so if its a proprietary touchscreen interface, why would it be so much easier on Linux then XP

And I had to go online one day to figure out how to turn it 'off' when it locked up on me." And get off my damn lawn you silly kids. I cant be bothered to figure out how to take a couple minutes to figure something out so i will bitch about it more. Out of everything you own, don't tell me you didn't have to read any manuals. you are coming across with old man syndrome, complain about everything, praise nothing. "When I discuss my Razr phone with the broken display, I tell people 'I'm not getting a new phone until the new Google phone comes out. People know what I'm talking about" Depends on who you hang out with. I have went to most of my friends to talk about this phone, and only the techies knew about it. They may have heard something about android and Google, but that's where it stops for norms. "Hmmm...that sounds like a familiar trend with Apple. Build something trendy, then let someone else come along and build something that does the same thing that is more affordable and has more options" Now i am no fan boy of Mac, in fact i despise some of my friends because they minute they got jobs at apples they turned fan boy, but you are being a just a little critical of ipod, without any mention of the 50 billion other ones out there.

A crane is mounted at the rear of the vehicle. M978 tanker refuels tactical vehicles and helicopters in forward locations. M983 tractor tows the trailer-mounted MIM-104 Patriot missile systems. M983 with 30 KW generator and a crane mounted behind the cab towed the MGM-31 Pershing Erector Laucher in CONUS (a MAN tractor was used in West Germany). M984 recovery vehicle uses a lift-and-tow system to recover disabled vehicles in two-to-three minutes. It mounts a recovery winch, a crane and a large storage box. These things have great manuevering capabilities and can knock down several feet thick trees (We used to do it to make shaded parking spots when out on bivouacs.(That and you can make ranger brownies in the Exhaust pipe)
