The micro cost is a cost for the bank, just like the paper is that they need to send me every month or the card with pincode that they send me when it needs replacement for free.
Look up SEPA and understand that cashless us used successfully in e.g. Europe and China. If that is a good thing or not is another issue.

Also: they do not have real options in the election booth. Having two parties means that the majority of the people do not have a voice. 200+ years ago there where some people whop said they wanted to change things and they did. Where are those people now? I do have extra hospitalization and a shit of other insurance, free public transport to and from work and in the whole city I work in. I also have paid sick days when I am sick. That is unlimited, although after 1 month I only get 80% pay and that goes down to 60% or so if I am sick longer. And I also have 34 paid holidays and am able to take 5 unpaid ones that they can not refuse if all my other days are
Also no unpaid overtime. If I do overtime I get paid extra (150%) or get extra time off (150% as well) But the free coffee is the real important thing.
My grat aunt was a teacher in the 1920s and told we had it better, because not starving so much. Also living in houses was a nice thing. Also the twowars where not a nice thing.
When I was a kid, I had no way of surviving when school was out earlier. And a result I was killed dead. Kids can nor be left unattended for any amount of time. Let me be an example, as I was killed dead because of it.
