  1. Unless they get severely punished for it, it does not matter that they do it and even admit it.
If I rob a bank and I confess and not get to soend time in jail, it does not matter that there is a law forfidding it.

Without accountability the law (and many other things) are meaningless.

A lot of proposed video's are what the person who put up the videos himself puts in. Because of that I often see many proposed video's that are from the person who made the video, even if I already saw them and am subscribed to his or her channel.

I get more and more the same few hundred video's to watch and it has become a challenge to find new content makers I am interested in. I almost always go to the "Show more" option, because it is very likely I have seen the rest already or they are absolute clickbait.
I have not found a way to NOT have certain channels to shown any proposed videos. Most of them are "The top 10 whatever ..." with a slideshow and some bullshit.

It will narrow your influence and perhaps sometimes I am interested in things I never have seen before, like how to nit or the origins of the growth of babies in their first 7 days after being born.

  12. In the past people played Chess. The most violent game evar. It resulted in the crusades and the death of millions.

On a serious note: If violence on tv does not influence us, how come a female nipple will? And also if seeing these things does not influence us at all, why are there TV ads (or ads at all?)

I do believe it influences us. Not to a degree that we just will start killing people when we play a game, just like we do not run to the store when we see an ad for whatever. But it does change how we accept things.

I hear people talking about their Amanda rights because of the TV shows they have seem. They live in Belgium where their rights are completely different and the laws are based on a complete different system. So what they think is formed in what they see. That is normal human behavior. Otherwise ads would not work.

What it does is change the mindset of the population so the norm will change, because expectation will change.

  14. The people that do not want to run Windows already install Linux and they have enough choice that it does not matter.

The thing that is important for Windows is pre-install. As long as Linux does not get pre-installed, it will not be a threat. People already run Windows, Mac, Android and whatever you give them. So putting Linux on their website does not matter. They copuld give a USB key with Linux with every PC that sells Windows and there would not be an issue with competition.

Again: people who want Linux already have made thatb choice. The majority of people do not care. They run what is given to them preinstalled.
If it is your emplyers PC, they have no say and if it is a homne PC, they have no reason to use Linux instead of Windows (unless they already run Linux)

And how do we know all this? Look at what the people buy as phones and as portables and tablets. Just stand there and listen to people buying it. They buy where the salesperson gets the highest commission (does not even mean the most expensive machine) during that day.

Not sure if it will be like the French revolution where the Royalty of then will be replaced by the CxO of now. Or like the Russians when they threw out the Tzar or a social revolution with the Unions like they had in Europe. It could be something completely different altogether.
