well, it's software running on several million dollars worth of hardware that is in no way easy to troubleshoot. rebooting probobly takes many hours considering the delay associated with transmission to mars.
I remeber running windows 95, and if my pc cost a few million dollars i wouldn't want a copy of win95 within 100ft of it.
am i only onw who thought ketel one was super cheap vodka because of achewood?
also: my favorite (as a college student) vodka is Takka. ultra cheap and in comes in a drunk proof plastic bottle! i mean, it tastes like you think rubbing alcohol might, but i don't have high standards.
actually no, but doing web stuff with java. those goddamn packet headers need carriage returns. I spent most of a lab being confused because i left one out.
i like when i see a headline and go "i wonder how many 'dupe!' posts there will be?"
don't eliminate dupes... what would/. readers do with all their spare time?
my mom taught _me_ qbasic when i was younger.
unfortunately, qbasic teaches bad habits if you have any plans for going into more advanced programming (although i doubt mom will be), but it definetly is very satisfying when you write working programs as quickly as you can in qbasic.

I used to have a big intrest in Chem, but all the annoying crap (everything about chem, that is) drove me away.
Now i'm studying comp sci, and if I had seen a table like this in CS1, i might have just picked philosophy, and all you geeks be damned.
