What I need is the features of Track-It (tickets, sub tickets, help database, issue tracking, self help/faq generation) but I also need things for a service department (time tracking, parts and most importantly INVOICE GENERATION).
Unless this "shield" protects the airport from terrorists attempting to board a plane, what use are they? When was the last time a plane crashed into an airport building?

Yeah, as long as I don't have to sit and watch and ad, billboards/signs/radio noise/etc are all perfectly fine in my gaming, and can add to 'realism' when done right. Even the fake ads in BF2 give a sense of blend.
Express uses sybase.. version OLD. Yes, the 9700 and 8700 products use SCO, but those aren't really mainstream, especially not for the size of property the askee was requesting information for. Fidelio
btw.. Express is more for 50-150 room properties.
